I've been using ShareGate for over 5 years and I really cant find anything to dislike. It works very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main reason why I like ShareGate so much is the ability to interface with PowerShell Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No real ability to save migration "job"s through the UI. WE often have stuck migration jobs that max out the CPU and we have to reinstall ShareGate to clear them out. I have worked with support on this issue with no resolution other than reinstalling everytime this happens. ShareGate Migration Tool is the best companion for copying content between SharePoint sites. It even works in situations were other ways on administration taks have failed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ShareGate product is much more than a migration tool. Not only does ShareGate provide tools for migrating from file shares to SharePoint, the application also includes features to manage your M365 environment. Recently ShareGate has added templates to help for provisioning Teams as well. The ShareGate documentation library has many great resources for administration. Customer Service is very responsive to questions and issues. The dashboard if easy to navigation and oversee the tenant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since we use privlege admin accounts, sometimes the log on to the tenant with different credentials can be confusing. Not really an issue with ShareGate product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It does things I can't do manually, like find subsites that are not visible to the SP Admin center. Easy to use and implement, and customer service is responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Often I am told my credentials may have changed when they didn't.
***Update: today I scheduled site promotions for 57 subsites. I would LOVE it if there were a bulk update so each one on the list could be set to use the Team (no Microsoft 365 group) template, for example. I had to do them all individually. :( Also, there is no way to save the options selected for each of those promotions before scheduling or starting the promote operation.
