We are a multinational mining company with operations on 5 continents. We are also listed on multiple stock exchanges around the world.

The ShareForce tool has been instumental in simplyfing our Incentive administration and reporting process (IFRS / SOX). We currently have approximitly 300 end-users that have access to the platform.

We have particularly enjoyed being able to customise the user experiance in line with our brand, and being able to cater through the system for the various different schemes within our business.

I can confidently say that the Shareforce team goes the extra mile, having personally put them under pressure to implement a new scheme in a very short time span (thanks again guys!).

If you are in the market for a Incentive Management tool, I highly recommend using Shareforce.

The platform is really flexible. It allows us to basically customise any type of grant. This is a huge step up from the previous platform that we had which did not allow for any customisation and flexibility.

ShareForce has a wide range of functionalities that make some of our more complex cases seemed effortless within the platform. Where we would previously have a lot of manual intervention, ShareForce has taken all of that away and "things just happen". The way the system is designed and set up is excellent.

They are really agile and understand our business needs and design and will come up with solutions to accomodate us.

On top of that, their client service is excellent and their turnaround time to respond to requests is quick.

The reporting functionality is really flexible and you can basically set up any type of report you require.

The overall look and feel for the end user is great and from an admin side, there are so many functionalities that you can use to push information to the end user.

Possibly overly critical but I would love it to be more visible and easier found or picked out of a line-up. I spent a lot of time speaking to other providers, my peers and using a well-known search engine to find suitable products and it ultimately came down to an unexpected conversation with SalesForce's (very good) business development team. The ShareForce Platform has been able to successfully accomodate all the various types of share schemes that we have currently in operation. The platform has also able to handle the large volume of employees currently on our share schemes. Since our transition to Shareforce in 2021, the onboarding process was comprehensive and relatively easy to implement.

Over and above the practical usefulness of the system, the technical support team is well-informed and extremely efficient as I am yet to follow up on a request for assistance. The system is user-friendly and most importantly is setup to produce accurate and reliable financial reports.

The accounting report output allows for seamless integration with our ERP system which means recording journal entries is a simple process of linking one report to a standardized journal upload template and attaching the accounting report as journal support which is efficient for audit purposes. The format of output reports also allows for easy manipulation to facilitate dynamic data analysis which drives key decision making in the context of ensuring that the financial considerations surrounding our employee incentive plan rules are economically viable.

We also make frequent use of the system's agility to model reports for budget and forecast purposes.

The digital trail that is recorded in Shareforce allows for tracing changes in the system by user and timestamp which is critical from a governance and compliance perspective.

The ability to generate and retain grant valuation reports based on current market and non-market data in the Shareforce system is another reassuring feature that is key from a data validation point of view.

ShareForce have been absolutely amazing to work with. The entire team have been incredibly efficient and friendly. They understood our needs, the scheme and nothing was too much for them to find a solution to. Implementation was easy and seamless. The customer support has been brilliant with email responses within minutes to any queries.

I have dealt with and managed a number of 3rd party providers over numerous years. I haven't experienced a more professional outfit than ShareForce. Their offering is amazing and more than meets our needs. The ability for participants to log into their accounts, view relevant information at their fingertips is a feature and function of ShareForce which wasn't available prior to moving to ShareForce. The ability for an electronic footprint to be recorded and maintained on any transaction is a massive relief ensuring from a risk and audit, and good governance perspective, that we are compliant, and all activity is recorded.
