The manual intervention leads to additional checking and a chance of error, but it is so good to see the effort the team makes to add value to make the process better. **What problems is ShareForce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Make data more accessible for specific needs (like financial reporting or SENS announcements or when a corporate action like unbundling is imminent) Interface to get reliable data on equities/awards/transactions etc is easy to navigate and up to date. When we had constant problems with Standard Bank's processes, they introduced us to a MUCH better company with regards to share sold and transferred to employees. We are also listed on multiple stock exchanges around the world. The ShareForce tool has been instumental in simplyfing our Incentive administration and reporting process (IFRS / SOX). We currently have approximitly 300 end-users that have access to the platform. We have particularly enjoyed being able to customise the user experiance in line with our brand, and being able to cater through the system for the various different schemes within our business. I can confidently say that the Shareforce team goes the extra mile, having personally put them under pressure to implement a new scheme in a very short time span (thanks again guys!). If you are in the market for a Incentive Management tool, I highly recommend using Shareforce. It allows us to basically customise any type of grant. This is a huge step up from the previous platform that we had which did not allow for any customisation and flexibility. ShareForce has a wide range of functionalities that make some of our more complex cases seemed effortless within the platform. Where we would previously have a lot of manual intervention, ShareForce has taken all of that away and "things just happen". The way the system is designed and set up is excellent. They are really agile and understand our business needs and design and will come up with solutions to accomodate us. On top of that, their client service is excellent and their turnaround time to respond to requests is quick. The reporting functionality is really flexible and you can basically set up any type of report you require. The overall look and feel for the end user is great and from an admin side, there are so many functionalities that you can use to push information to the end user. I'd love to see it pushed a little more in the UK and Ireland. **What problems is ShareForce solving and how is that benefiting you?** This really has been a one-stop shop so let's go chronologically: 1. The migration and necessary data cleansing that the onboarding team provided was very thorough and made sure the launch was going to put us on strong footing. 2. Once this was completed, we were immediately able to avail of the IFRS2 reporting functionality as we were in the midst of our annual reporting cycle. An added bonus is the 'audit-ready' reports the system generates. 3. New plans - we now have a combination of nine financial years' of various CSOPs, LTIPs and now restricted shares. Instead of housing these differing plans across several spreadsheets everything was built in one common data environment and given it was our first time working with restricted shares, we were also able to leverage the onboarding team's industry experience. 4. User experience is crucial. My company underwent a very strong rebranding exercise and the way the team developed our bespoke branded site really helps tie our brand into our employee reward and ultimately employee ownership of the business. It's much more than a nice touch! Plan participants really benefit from seeing all of their awards in one place and the value attributed to them. Previously this would have entailed cross-referencing several documents, attempting to track perfomance conditions and then the company's share price. 5. Lastly - day to day admin of exercises, joiners, leavers and document management.
