As an AE SetSail helps me keep the focus on my progress for the metrics my sales management team is looking for on a weekly basis which creates a sense of alignment in the team. SetSail has helped us incentivize the right sales motions for our sales team, allowing us to drive awareness around what actions are most important for them to take in their role. Their contests enable us to be nimble - we can do quarterly, monthly, or weekly contests and adjust points values to optimize our sales strategy. The contest leaderboards have made it very easy as Managers to get a snapshot into the volume of activity, see who is excelling, and leverage that intel toward sales coaching. The product could use more self-service customization. I want to adjust point values myself, change the color coding of specific signals so it's visually easier to track, and have the flexibility to save views. I like it because SetSail is a tool that allows you to improve sales and increase competitiveness, and I also like the ability to see your progress and the progress of your colleagues, competition and the opportunity to win gift cards.
