What do you like best about ServiceTitan?

We love the modern and fast look and feel on the office side, the great iPad app for our field technicians, and most of all the customer friendly features like Dispatch texts with their name and picture. Our office loves it much more than previous software and our customers regularly mention how much they appreciated knowing who was on the way. On the office side it is so much easier to use than anything we've used before, and we can actually do a lot to customize it to our workflow. What do you dislike about ServiceTitan?

The Accounting integration with Quickbooks is limited because of the QB Web Connector, but they have promised a much cleaner integration that they custom built this year. What problems is ServiceTitan solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are mostly paperless, especially in the field, which has been a huge benefit. It has reduced the amount of data entry we have to do because it does so much that we don't have to use other software to supplement it as much as before. What do you like best about ServiceTitan?

I really love this software. I've been using it 7 days a week for over 2.5 years and I wouldn't want to ever use anything again! They keep growing the software so it is ever changing in the best ways! They are so supportive as a company and do a lot of training that is all free! They are like one big community. The software is very easy to use and navigate! If you have any issues or questions they have an AI search for answers to help you and if you need more help they have a live chat feature. What do you dislike about ServiceTitan?

Honestly, nothing. They are always updating their software and making changes so if there is something I don't like it tends to be fixed pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ServiceTitan solves a lot of my dispatch/ scheduling problems. Dispatch Pro has been a life saver for my small office running more efficiently! What do you like best about ServiceTitan?

ServiceTitan is a beast of a software - incomparable to other systems! ServiceTitan offers so many features as well as integrations with other products helping with the ease of use. I have been using ServiceTitan daily for my full time role in HVAC for nearly 3 years and am impressed with its features. ServiceTitan makes every employee's role easier, more organized and holds them accountable - from CSRs to dispatchers to accounts payable to warehouse staff to technicians. ServiceTitan's features help our entire team save time every day. We appreciate how absolutely everything is tracked from our inventory being counted to our phone calls being recorded with both clients and vendors. This helps with accountability and makes us feel safer as a company. ServiceTitan has helped our company grow and we appreciate they are continually growing as well - offering seasonal updates. What do you dislike about ServiceTitan?

While we do appreciate that ServiceTitan offers updates, often, after a new release, there are glitches and it takes time for these to be worked out. Additionally, we have had trouble with technical support where they struggle to find us appropriate answers or solutions. Since we are advanced users, when we connect with support, it is typically for a more complex question and as a result, we have found it takes some time (and speaking to several different employees in different roles) to be provided a satisfying answer. We have also noticed that we are not always notified of changes in workflows in a timely fashion (example: when we are provided a new CSM or how to contact our CSM has changed). What problems is ServiceTitan solving and how is that benefiting you?

ServiceTitan allows us to record phone conversations between our employees and vendors. This has helped us numerous times when a vendor goes back on their word but we have a recorded conversation of what was agreed upon. ServiceTitan's marketing features lets us easily see what campaigns are doing well for us as a company and are driving the most revenue so we know how best to spend our hard earned money. What do you like best about ServiceTitan?

I love that we can run the entire business from one app. Dispatching, scheduling, call monitoring, lead tracking, estimates, marketing, customer communication, inventory, billing, project management, in-office tasks, technician communications, and the customer portal… the list goes on and on. We have been with Service Titan for almost four years now, and there is always something new that helps improve our standard operating procedures. They recently added project tracking and management, which is a huge plus because there's more construction in our business than we realized. Now we have a system that makes it easy to keep track of our projects. What do you like best about ServiceTitan?

All aspects of our business are conducted through ServiceTitan. Our technicians receive their work orders, complete service forms, clock in/out, and generate PO numbers all from the same platform. Our office staff can dispatch, invoice, track vehicles and parts, all from the desktop. There are very few reasons to enter data in multiple systems which makes us more efficient and lets us focus on taking care of our customers. The addition of "Pro" products, FleetPro specifically, has allowed us to integrate our fleet telematics, validate service and payroll, and dispatch to emergency calls more efficiently.

The Customer Support Managers are a great resource for figuring out unique issues, and the general support line is very helpful. I speak with one or the other multiple times a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceTitan?

ServiceTitan is very robust. There are companies solely built on helping contractors discover and use all of it's features. Because of this, the learning curve is daunting, especially if you're trying to learn it while running your business day to day. We used a third party (ServiceTitan Partner "Power House Group") to help us get up to speed quickly and figure out our workflows.

Also, ServiceTitan was originally planned for residential service. As a purely commercial contractor, we sometimes have to get creative to accomplish what we need. ServiceTitan has recognized their gap in service and has/is rolling out improvements for the commercial space, but we're at least a year away from a full-feature commercial product (in my opinion). It's still very possible to operate ServiceTitan as a commercial contractor, it's just not as straightforward as it is for residential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ServiceTitan?

I like that the Help Center is always very responsive and polite. Whenever I have had an issue with the site they are able to diagnose and take action quickly. Service titan is also very helpful with the update videos and other communities online when it comes to using different features. I like that updates and fixes are always being updated for ST, it can be a bit confusing when those updates create unforseen bugs. But please keep up the good work! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ServiceTitan?

It's a great software systems for technicians in the field while still having a robust backend for office staff. Onboarding for our commercial business was top notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceTitan?

Their reporting leaves a lot to be desired. Only being able to run a report on a single dataset is really not up to snuff. While their APIs are a great help for one off requests, it makes it difficult for reporting purposes. I wish they would have read only access to our database so we can query the server directly. Our previous FSM software was archaic and our technicians complained about it constantly. ServiceTitan has changed all that and they actually enjoy using it. Not having that user friction has allowed for more compliance with the software and leading to the techs actually working through the entire field service process. Game changer. What do you like best about ServiceTitan?

I love that our techs have instant access to customer's and their history with us. The techs are always ready to answer any questions about jobs and customers with the tools handy that service titan provides. What do you dislike about ServiceTitan?

Particualar questions are hard to look up the solution too. Community and knowledge base is very helpful but I can't find everything there. Of course sometimes it just takes practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Biggest complaint for years is they do not offer Dark Mode! ST, like all software, has things that need to be fixed. The nice thing about ST is they actually continue to work on those things. But still no DARK MODE Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ST continues to actually listen to its customers. When people start asking for features in one of their many forums, they start working on creating solutions. They have quarterly updates to the software... some minor, some that are HUGE improvements like the weekly dispatch board view. What do you like best about ServiceTitan?

I like the ease of use with Service Titan. The system is very easy to learn and there are many features that are super helpful for business use. There are many changes and upgrades with it all the time to make the system better and more user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one thing for the install side of things that I have come to dislike is when you have jobs with many appointments that get moved and you have to move each appointment one by one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
