The best thing i like is the discovery where all the ci are discovered and each and every thing is done by mid server and shazam probes also its service mapping maps through its CMDB and derives a relationship. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The unusual stoppage of the mid server every time that takes place because of which its ci gets undiscovered and we are unable to carry on with discovery, service mapping and other events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Servicenow is one of the leading industry Ticketing Tool with one of the best user interface tool.
It has features like event trigger, incidents, tasks, request,changes,CMDB, e-mail alerts configuration and many more.
I personally like it's CMDB feature and options which is having.

I love creating my custom dashboards; it makes my flow work for "me". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wouldn't say I like that there isn't an easy way to pick how you are notified, but when a service ticket is requested, it would be nice to pick how all incidents, tasks, sources, and costs, Etc are delivered to an employee with updates. For example, email, text, or instant messenger notifications would help track many employees' requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's best to be used at helpdesk and service desk fronts. It's very easy to create a ticket and view the old ones. We have many features integrated with this like ITSM (service management), operations management, escalations management and above all being the admin for Snow development. It takes longer sometime to query large data, also killing a running query is bit hectic when it takes hours to complete a query. Also, sometime the query get expire resulting null data however waste time. This section should be improved by ServiceNow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
