What do you like best about ServiceNow Business Continuity Management?
ServiceNow BCM is helping the organisation for making continuous business relationship with clients and vendors. BCM basically have a functionality which keeps a track record of all the transactions related to client business and their relations with our organization. Its really helpful in retaining clients. I like that it is designed to be interconnected with other modules within security and across the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about ServiceNow Business Continuity Management?
The other apps that should be connected are not yet connected to BCM therefore much of my work is manual data management or finding myself telling the end user to not pay attention to the screen because it's not applicable. It's not intuitive or user friendly and doesn't connect the dots for the user.
The plan is not as customizable as we would like it, for both the end user and the BCM admin. We can't build strategies around our most critical loss scenarios and it's not easy to use the workspace.
There's no mobile version of the plan.
I can't filter the BCM metrics based on L levels.
We don't even bother to use the plans in ServiceNow and I would really like to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
