Everbridge 360 excels in real-time risk management, streamlined communication, and user-friendly interface. It offers two-way mobile communication for safety confirmations and detailed after-action reports for continuous improvement. These features make it a robust solution for managing critical events efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everbridge 360 is complex for new users, costly, and with limited customization. There are also occasional inefficiencies in account management and system performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everbridge Mass Notification acts as a top priority tool for sending urgent information fast. Its easy to use platform lets us generate and deliver notifications faster without using much workforce. Our ability to divide our audience and design message selections by particular standards enhances our communication approach. By using its reporting feature we save three hours per week because it gathers all necessary data in one place automatically. Our messages reach their targeted audience because the tool lets us send and receive feedback about message delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everbridge Mass Notification proves strong but still has possible betterment zones to address. When the system runs slowly during urgent situations it creates delays in delivering notifications. The system halted our message transmission when we needed to evacuate a building urgently. Even though notifications resumed shortly afterward that small delay felt like sustained forever. The mobile app shows instability since it often crashes during bulk notification deliveries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've used Everbridge for nearly 10 years and would recommend to any other professionals in search of a mass notification platform. The features that have been added over the past 3-5 years have really helped my use case while offering more flexibility in delivery method, custom logo's, call routing, conf bridge triaging and custom SMS and email templates. The inability of Everbridge to offer our historical call logs is unfortunate. I'd prefer to have access to all notifications I've ever sent, not just the last 200 active notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The quick update and visual representation on the VCC map when an event is occurring and automation that it delivers the event information to our contact recipients via email text and calls. The web posting add-on feature was found to be super helpful because we utilize the Slack Messaging application at work and helps with confirming that the message was sent out and contacts notified in the Slack channels we created and embedded to merge with Everbridge. Due to our rural environment locations at our asset sites, not all local events reach the news source teams that filter out and update VCC with the events occurring around the world. This can hinder our ability to get messages out quickly and efficiently, as we have to manually create an incident when the event doesn't generate via VCC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it offers an emergency notification process by adding integrated alert features and that it allows me to communicate quickly in the event of any incident and respond to notifications seamlessly. I also love that it has powerful features for mass messaging and IT service management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far we have only had issues with the demo, I feel it is incomplete, forcing us to purchase the full license. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everbridge Mass Notification continues to be my favorite when it comes to reliability to have urgent alerts reach everybody, even in high stress. Safely reaching people quickly is key with the multi channel delivery system. I like the way they have also done tracking and acknowledgement right up to who actually received the message. It means we have an extra layer of accountability, and it helps us manage responses better in emergencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A big downside when using Everbridge Mass Notification is they can become very complicated to create and then set up your own new type of alert. Sudden communication is complicated by the fact that the mobile app lags occasionally. More of these challenges mean that during these time sensitive moments it may take a longer time to set up alerts and can impact timely response. It sometimes leads to frustration, when efficiency is most needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I believe that the greatest strength of Everbridge Mass Notification is the reliability, when there is an emergency. The system guarantees that all people receive our messages on time and, more important during an emergency. I also liked the reporting options that are given to enable us to assess the impact of the communication that was made. This has greatly enhanced the crisis management and the decision making processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have found that Everbridge Mass Notification has the inconvenience of slow delivery of messages once in a while during peak usage. Though it is mostly accurate, such delays are stressful, especially when it comes to emergency cases. Furthermore, it is quite plain and quite frankly a little clumsy, which results in operation and configuration taking longer than they should. These problems can dictate how soon we can relay information in emergencies, which is on the flip side of the luck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of my favorite aspects of the program is the multichannel alerting. The ability to send notifications to a large group through different methods based on incident level is such a useful feature that cuts down on overwhelming individuals with notifications. I think that the user interface still needs some work. I want to see the ability to use standard keyboard shortcuts and a more efficent way to add more contacts via excel. The current format uses an excel doc that has in my opinon way to many columns for what we need which makes it hard for people unfamiliar with the system to share information from their teams via excel. We were able to upload our employee data into the system and it automatically updates everyday. Which allows us to send mass notifications to employees for weather related closing or other emergency to there personal devices Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have three different organizations in my account and I need a different login for each one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We analyzed three solutions for our Critical Event Communication system, and Everbridge won out for their excellent multilingual support features and also the fact that we were not constantly pestered by pushy salespeople.
Everbridge provided support at every step of the way, from configuring SSO, to creating custom message templates, and multiple test environments. Pricing for their services is also very competitive.
Also, after integration, we were assigned a customer care contact who has provided timely responses to our questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although we really like the multilingual support feature, its implementation and usage was not clearly communicated to us in the sales phase. This feature ONLY works for incidents and is not something that's available on the fly. Also, in order to use it, you need to create a template for each language along with any related variables.
Additionally, the multilingual feature can only translate a text variable and cannot translate multiple choice dropdowns. For example, if you have a variable that's used to select the reason for an emergency from a drop down list of options, the options cannot be translated automatically. You have to create another variable in the translated language with all the options manually translated. This has been a bit of a pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
