Sprinto has significantly simplified our compliance processes, especially for frameworks like ISO and SOC 2.

Platform makes compliance feel much more manageable compared to traditional methods. The dashboard gives a clear view of what’s pending, what’s completed, and what needs attention, which helps in prioritizing tasks without confusion.

I particularly like how automated evidence collection works in the background, it reduces the need for constant manual follow-ups across teams.

Additionally, I would like to specially mention the support from the customer success team. Dominic Savio and Vivek Ahya have been very helpful throughout our journey. Dominic was closely involved during the onboarding phase and helped us understand the platform and initial ISO modules in a very practical way, which made it easier to get started. As we progressed, Vivek took over and supported us with the remaining ISO requirements and also extended help across SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA frameworks. Whenever we had questions or needed clarity on specific checks, their guidance was prompt and clear, which made the overall transition and deployment much smoother. I haven’t faced any major challenges while using Sprinto. The platform is well-structured, and most of the compliance checks and issues are clearly defined, making them straightforward to resolve.

Ritik Saxena has helped me and my organisation a lot in getting ready for the SOC 2 Type 2 audit. Even though I was taking over from my predecessors, he onboarded me very quickly and explained the Sprinto web UI clearly, along with what is needed for a SOC 2 audit. He walked me through every required control and document in a clear, easy-to-follow way. In addition, he set up regular calls with me to make sure every item needed for the audit was in place and completed correctly. For the more difficult controls, he explained clearly, step by step, how to fulfil each one, which made my preparation much easier. While we had already begun the process, the resources available to us made it impractical to build and maintain our own system, so Sprinto’s structured approach and clear guidance were incredibly valuable. Not sure what happened, but in my second year with Sprinto I was told that they wanted to swap out my auditors due to a broken relationship. This was news to the auditors, but now I'm not hearing anything from Sprinto or the new auditors. Messages seem to be going into a black hole, and my CSM seems to have gone AWOL. I’m not a huge fan of having to install their local agent (Dr. Sprinto) on everyone's laptops. It can occasionally be a headache to troubleshoot if a team member's computer doesn't sync right, and some people naturally get a bit protective about having compliance software running directly on their machines.
