We encountered some small technical issues during setup, but the support team responded quickly to address them. Additionally, better bulk editing tools would streamline certain tasks, and the automation around questionnaires could use improvement. While there is a feature for automating responses, integrating a more advanced AI model with contextual understanding of our answers would make it even more efficient. The Sprinto platform was missing integrations with a few specific tools our company relies on. This isn't a deal-breaker, but it did mean some manual work or workarounds were necessary. The application has simplified our compliance monitoring and reporting. A combination of the Sprinto Dashboard and Sprinto App allows for easy tracking of device compliance for our employees along with monitoring the compliance of our 3rd part software and tools. Most of all Shivam S, our account manager has been very supportive ensuring all our questions and queries are resolved quickly. At this time, I have no compliants about Sprinto. There is one bug with the Dr Sprinto app, however the support team and Shivam have been working feverishly to have it resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We recently acquired our SOC 2 certification with the help of Sprinto, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The platform is incredibly easy to use, making the entire compliance process straightforward and stress-free. First of all everything was really easy to set up, and even where there may have been some issues at first, Abir and the support team have quickly worked to identify the issue and solve it.

Sprinto has a great user friendly dashboard that lets end users track and maintain parameters to ensure we are always compliant. Starting from initial set up to managing and tracking the tasks in order to maintain health throughout the year, Sprinto has worked seamlessly. Gurudev and Ajay have been really supportive in assisting with any queries while keeping things simple. Its integration with our HRMS tool is very useful. We have received great support to certify for ISO 27001 and to make it happen within 1 month. For our business Sprinto is fit for purpose considering the templates and automations available.
