I couldn't believe how easy it was to get certified with Sprinto.

1) They paired us up with a really helpful implementation specialist (Hi Dom!) who checked in on our progress every step of the way and who answered any questions we had

2) They have an enormous number of integrations, so that any certification steps that can be automated are automated. This means not only are you getting certified easier, but your company policies are being adhered to in an air-tight way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This wasn't Sprinto's fault, but I found when integrating with Microsoft a bit complex.

If you use Microsoft as a vendor, you will find that you have to add them multiple times if you use them in multiple ways (for example we use Azure, and Microsoft 365) - trying to track down Microsoft's SOC2 certification proved to be like trying to go on a wild goose chase. Getting onboarded and getting the implementation going was a very easy. The implementation solutions engineer(Abir Dey) helped every step of the way and was able answer questions quickly. Sprinto automatically tracks progress across multiple frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Amazon Inspector and GuardDuty have been integrated into the compliance tool as well, making the ease of implementation seamless. The UI is straightforward. Everything can be seen on the dashboard. My biggest issue with Sprinto, though not a first-hand experience, but it still affected my work as an information security analyst, was the slow syncing process. It was really easy to get started and understand what we had to do to become ISO/SOC2 compliant. Throughout the process, the Sprinto team guided us, and we were surprised at how smooth it was, as initially, we thought it was an enormous undertaking.
