I like being able to copy and paste credit card numbers into our PMS system. Eliminates any typing errors from printed forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I understand for security reasons, but it's a pain to always have to wait for a security code in email to be able to pull card numbers. This isn't always quick or efficient. It is supposed to only be when the system logs you out. This is not always the case. It's a pain logging in so much if you multi-task and have to be in and out of the system all day.
Again, I know for security purposes but there are times I need to pull a card number up after 30 days. My Sales Department doesn't always send over paperwork to create accounts in order to put a card number into our system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy it is to add signing documents and collect payments. In my case, I use it through Salesforce, and the integration works almost seamlessly. I've rarely had issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like how I need to edit everything in Sertifi itself (payments and documents) for changes to be accurately reported. I wish I could edit items directly though Salesforce and then have them updated in Sertifi + reported on accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using Sertifi helps me filter out unreliable clients before they even become clients. When someone verbally commits to working with me long-term, I no longer have to just take their word for it until we see each other in person again. Sertifi allows me to send the contract right away, which means I can send an invoice right away, which means I get paid by the client *before* our first session. It leaves less opportunity for clients to back out or ghost me; I now know pretty quickly if they might do either and, thus, if I shouldn't waste any more time on them because I can see when they've viewed but not signed the contract. The client is safe & secure while sharing credit card data and also reduces follow-up time. The client feels safe when he learns that he doesn't have to share credit card authorization via email and the link is also secure where the card expires after a stipulated time. Sertifi has been Such a great new procedure at my company! Now our guests can safely and securely have their credit cards approved and pay for their employees. As a Supervisor, I now can trust that we will no longer get “bad” or stolen credit cards come through and my and my team’s focus won’t have to be on making sure their credit cards are legit. That only a few associates can view full card #’s. If one of my team swipes over a full cc #, and we don’t have any of our people who can view the full #’s, it takes us longer to get the cc # back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The way the system is set up... it's basically fool proof. The guest have an easy and yet feel very secure to process their information... I love seeing the auto responses (guest opened the email to signed document attached)... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be great if there was a way to categorize the links sent out by the person.... for instance, if you send a link to the same person twice, to have a main option for that person and the sub options that show all the times you have sent them a CC link. I have recently sent probably about 50 different links within 2 days and it was hard for me to reference guests as they called back. It would be great is you could sort your links sent by the date, time or alpha by last name. Also the forms can be somewhat confusing if there are certain sections that do not apply to a particular guest. if would be nice if we could pro-actively N/A those sections or black them out. Sertifi is very user friendly for every party involved. The fact that it is all online and that there are multiple ways to access the software makes my life easier and provides me with a since of security since it eliminates paper throughout business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
