We work for a non profit organization. SendPulse is affordable for us and very powerful for our campaign.

It's so easy to use and I dont' have to learn how to use the freaking Microsoft Bot Framework or Python! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SendPulse?
It has most of the featuers that I've been looking for in one service. Previously, I was working with multiple services and was considering using Zapier to integrate the various services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far, the only real issue I had was that some of the website and automation functions are a bit rudimentary, but for the value I'm getting and what I need for a small business, it's more than sufficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SendPulse?
Graphical User Interface of Sendpulse Website is amazing, its much easier to use and easily understandable. I have subscribed for WhatsApp ChatBot and found that incredible experience ever.

What do you dislike about SendPulse?
Not found any downfall or any dislikes except its pricing.
Its pricing is little bit higher, comparison to other competitors.
