What do you like best about SendPulse?
Sendpulse is a very compact and easy-to-use solution for both omnichannel communication and converting them to leads. Seeing the history of both communications and lead actions is a big plus to see the big picture.

What do you dislike about SendPulse?
CRM part's mobile app functionality is missing (they said it is coming soon) and LinkedIn should also be added to communications for being a complete package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SendPulse?
I started using sendpulse with so many doubts in mind, and I didnt had any idea about chatbot, the way their whole chatbit system works is really nice and easy. I could understand it and could do it on my own. Best this is they are omnichanel and I can connect all my marketing channels. Very attentive support team. Good Portal.
