Easy to post on social media with very few hassles. The Twitter feature is complicated in other apps but not here.

Sendible makes a solo practitioner like myself appear like I'm being managed and marketed by a Fortune 500 firm.  With a few keystrokes I have a major presence across platforms and it's simple to use

You'll have to check back with me on the downside of this system because I haven't found any yet.

As a sole practitioner, you often feel like the only solution is to clone yourself to get everything done.  Sendible makes you feel cloned and ten times more productive.

Pricepoint versus features is solid. The user interface is well designed overall, and users migrating from Hootsuite will be quick to adapt. Excellent choice for centralizing social media management.

I like how it is so easy for the user to use. You can schedule, engage and report from one app.

Sometimes there are issues with scheduling for Sendible. You cannot post more than one picture and they are very specific about the sizes.

We manage over 60 social media accounts so we had to use a platform that can show all 60 in one place.

Sendible is a wonderful, straightforward Social Media management tool that quickly allows you to add content to multiple profiles. Its reporting tools are also helpful for tracking social media and web analytics. I would recommend it for any business.

As your business grows, you will need to upgrade to a larger package to use this tool to its full potential.

The main benefit I have found is very quickly posting to all required social media platforms but quickly editing if you want to make specific tweaks for each one.

It gets the job done. And its nice to have a product that interacts with as many social medias as this one does.

The navigation should be better and the fact that the master account can't see what the other accounts are doing. If I am paying for a finite number of accounts, I should be able to see what those accounts are doing.

If you want to post on multiple platforms this is your software. It will take a while to figure it out, but once you do, its worth it.

We are able to post to multiple client accounts at one time or separately, which makes things easier. Scheduling posts has been the best part.

Very simple interface that is easy to navigate. Different social profiles display as tabs rather than drop downs.

Doesn't give you a list of choices for optimal post times - automatically generates one time frame and won't display any other options for throughout the day.

With 5 social media profiles, we have more than most free plans on other platforms allow, but not enough to make it worth paying for a premium 10 or more plan. This has everything we need for a statewide nonprofit and saves us tons compared to SproutSocial.

It works! Once everything is scheduled for the month, I can relax, knowing it will run without problems. I appreciate the monthly "Deep Dives," where I can learn tips and tricks. Also, when Sendible alerts me to changes in the rules for my social platforms. The image resizing is a life-saver too.

The interface could be more user-friendly and fun.

This program is super easy to use. I also like the preview portion so I can see what the post will look like on each platform.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

The reporting feature isn't my favorite. Bright Local keeps social media KPIs stored so you can view them for the quarter. I wish Sendible would implement that. 

I also wish there was a way to store hashtags. So I could easily click the hashtag group and add it to my post.

It would also be nice to be able to have all of my client profiles in one group together. So I could have a group for each client, and in that group would have their FB, Twitter, LI, IG et cetera profiles. 

I also wish I could go back and edit the Twitter variant of a post without having to create a whole new post. This problem only happens after I've hit schedule and there are no variations of the posts.

It is a huge time saver considering I used to go into about 50 profiles daily and post manually for clients. I also like that we can look at our content as a whole - spread out on a calendar.

Some of the interface is a bit clunky and could be updated.

We're a small business, so I wear a lot of hats. Love that I can schedule weeks worth of content in advance and then sort of forget about it while I tackle other priorities.

Reconnecting, but I understand why it happens. Other than, it really is perfect for how we use social media.

Very little. If I was to be picky,  a calendar per profile would be quite handy

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

A lot of products advertise that they are easy to use and feature-rich but few can deliver on that promise without getting excessively complicated. Sendible actually accomplishes both with apparent ease. At the core of the app is the need to get content in front of consumers in an efficient way and they handle that perfectly. Then they say "But wait, there's more" and all of a sudden there are content suggestions, formatting help and a nice little nudge on when the best time to post would be. I've used other applications at another company and there is no contest between Sendible and those. This is far superior. You can be up and running on day one with barely any effort at all. Well played, Sendible. Well played. 

*6 Month Update
Still working flawlessly. It has become the cornerstone of our social media efforts. Occasionally one of the social media platforms might cause an issue with a change they make but Sendible is on top of things and immediately notifies you within the app and then offers help/suggestions as needed. Very nice. I'll try to remember to update this again down the road for a more long term review.

*Additional Update (I think its been almost a year now. Not quite but soon)
I mentioned before how sometimes IG or FB might cause a problem for Sendible and the Sendible team will have to figure out a solution and get everyone working again.I thought it was worthy to note that this happened recently and not only did they have it fixed extremely fast, but they also had these little alerts that would pop up and let you know what was going on and what to expect. That might not be a big deal to some people, but I was on the BigSEO subreddit and saw a bunch of users from competing products that were complaining that they didn't even know why their posts weren't going out yet. Those companies hadn't alerted users or worked on a solution. Another Sendible user chimed in and relayed the info we had all be receiving. Without that, those other folks wouldn't have known that it was the social platform itself that caused the problem. It felt good to be with a company that was looking out for its users.

*Over A Year
A vendor demo'd a competing product (I wasn't super interested to begin with so maybe that skewed my thoughts on them, so I will not be mentioning their name) and it did not perform like Sendible. Theirs was clunky and required multiple steps to do the same workflows that can be achieved very quickly in Sendible. We are still thoroughly pleased with our choice to go with Sendible.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

The biggest problem I've had is the crushing depression that set in once I realized how great Sendible is and I began to regret all the time I wasted before signing up.

**Recommendations to others considering Sendible:**

If you are hoping to post high-quality content to more than one social media platform multiple times a week then Sendible is an excellent resource to lean on. Especially if that content might not be identical across the platforms. 

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A drastic reduction in the amount of time we spend working with each individual social media platform has been the biggest problem solved. We've also expanded to a few platforms we weren't on before simply because we didn't have the time to deal with them.

The Queue allows me to create different flows for different posts (i.e. Job postings, events, etc.) The Scheduled posts allow me to upload anticipated posts and schedule them out as far as I like. When I find myself overwhelmed with work I can pop into Sendible to view a stream of activity and interact with our online audience.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

I wish we were given access to edit our Media Library. Also, I would like to be able to adjust the queued posts to inactive or active - this would allow me to pause a post without having to delete it completely from the queue and then draft it all over again.

**Recommendations to others considering Sendible:**

This is a great platform/tool for first time social media managers. It offers everything you need, at a fraction of the price other companies ask. It is easy to figure out and the team is on standby for any onboarding questions - never feel like you are rushed and there is always a human available! I would suggest to anyone getting started to set aside a few hours (or a day) to put together a strong strategy, content, and upload for scheduling. This will ensure a smooth process... and let Sendible handle the rest!

I have cut out so much unnecessary wasted time from my day by utilizing Sendible. It allows the automation of posts to take over and alerts me of any issues along the way!

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

From the use of Sendible, we have managed in an orderly and efficient way the social networks managed in our organization. We use Sendible to collect the information in our profiles and schedule the weekly publication of content in the different social networks to keep them updated and meet the goals set. It is an excellent tool, and their customer support team is exceptional.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

I can't think of anything I dislike about Sendible, its performance has been exceptional, and the times when questions have arisen, an attentive customer support team has clarified them efficiently.

Sendible is excellent for managing the most important social networks, it is easy to use, manageable and its resources significantly reduce efforts, plus its price is affordable, it is worth a try.

The benefits we have seen from using Sendible are the efficiency in managing our social networks thanks to the functions and tools provided by the application, plus the creation of detailed reports to visualize our performance constantly. We have been able to keep our social networks always up to date, save time and make excellent management without exceeding our budget at all.

Sendible allows me to schedule social media posts of different types across multiple platforms with a built in approval process.

We've discovered a few minor bugs and it doesn't quite have the functionality of more expensive social media platforms, but at a fraction of the cost the value for money is outstanding as it covers everything we need it to do, it's just missing some of the nice to haves.

**Recommendations to others considering Sendible:**

It's not perfect, but the value for money is outstanding.  It does most of what the more expensive tools offer and in some cases, Sendible outperforms other options.

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a team, we can efficiently create, schedule, approve and publish posts with Sendible.  It also meets our reporting and analytics needs.

Because there are so many features, sometimes there is a bit of a wait while the frame loads - for example if you are switching calendar views, you might have to wait a beat for the the page to reload. Or if you make changes to a scheduled post, you might need to refresh to see your changes. It's not an unreasonable amount of time.

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're saving time on scheduling posts and generating content. And it's a lot easier to collaborate on content and visualizing what posts are going out so we're not overlapping or stepping on each others' feet.

It is a social media management tool with many very interesting functions, it is quite good and very easy to operate, I like the loading function that allows me to program automatic content, the analyzes offered are similar to those offered by other high-performance applications , also provide the best customer service, we can also schedule social media posts well in advance, you have the ability to schedule as many posts as you want, it also offers the ability to post on multiple platforms.

The only drawback I have had with Sendible is that some image formats are not compatible with the tool, it is the only negative aspect that I can mention, everything else works fine.

Sendible takes all of the best things about other 3rd-party social media platforms and combines them into one location as a hub for all social posts. It's easy to use, highly streamlined, clean, and makes managing accounts and brands simple. Marketing is not my primary area, but was recently merged into my position, and Sendible has made it so much easier to get a grasp on so many different moving parts. It even lets me integrate my personal accounts as a subset of my business accounts. Great software with good company values.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

Currently, you are unable to post to Instagram directly with my type of Insta account. The workaround is that Sendible will alert me when its time to post, which is still useful.

Sendible puts everything in one place and is immensely user-friendly. They offer training and support, but also make everything easy to figure out on own.

This system allows us to improve our digital marketing system in a much more attractive way, marketing is usually a service through emails but we decided to switch to social media marketing because it is much broader allowing us to capture the largest number of customers Given that the networks are found for the most part where mobile marketing and applications are the viable solution and it works, the tools are simple and attractive allowing us to improve our financial activities and traffic.

The characteristics that the system offers me have been very useful because we have been able to implement different characteristics in the company in order to achieve an objective of attracting new traffic to our Company, for me it has been a great, very detailed system with tools Very simple, so we have not been able to notice any kind of problem regarding its operation, we have seen great results and until now we continue to use the system without any inconvenience in the future, they can add or improve the interface to automate some features.

I personally recommend the service because it has provided us with solutions, we have had great results, it is for that reason that in my opinion it has been a very pleasant process, very complicated in unifying it with the company because they were new to us, but the tool is simple and very intuitive and it was not necessary to use a help service, very happy.

It is definitely a service that allowed solving problems because most of the clients or users are in social networks and it was necessary to already begin to amplify our system and use a marketing process through social networks in order to achieve a greater uptake and we were able to use Sendible to connect between one of the networks such as Instagram, which has done it successfully, however we believe that our visibility has improved a lot now we have more users, more clients, the system and the tools are attractive.

I enjoy that I am able to view metrics from each website I am able to post on through Sendible, including Google analytics. It is also very easy to make a post and schedule it if you need to. You don't need to worry if a scheduled post will actually post, it will. I like that Sendible sends their emails very quickly to notify a post has been successfully sent out or if there is an issue with something.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

We have had a lot of issues with connecting websites that used to work just fine. We have gone through the motions several times and there is seemingly no reason for there to be an issue. We also do not like that certain websites time out with Sendible after 30 days and needs reconnected. We eventually just stopped connecting those websites.

I recommend Sendible for facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.

Seamless cross-platform integration. The system is very easy to use and makes managing our social media posts a simple task, instead of a time-consuming chore. The interface is very easy to use - I did not even need the introduction videos (although they were quite helpful for some of the advanced options)

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

The only downside is currently the mobile app does not allow you to upload video content. If you want to upload videos, you must do so using a desktop computer. I would like to see the ability to post videos integrated into the mobile app.

**Recommendations to others considering Sendible:**

If you are looking for an easy solution for your social media marketing, this is it. I looked at multiple options, including hiring a dedicated social media person. Then I learned many of them would be using this platform anyway. It is easy to use even for the marketing novice.

We no longer have to go into every social media account to post the same content. I can cross-post content across all our platforms using one easy to use program. Ease of use - I'm a one person Marketing department so being able to easily manage our social media is critical. It has all of the features of more expensive platforms but the cost is much less which is crucial for a small company like mine. I also love that I can monitor all of our networks from one platform and publish to all of them at once. Being able to see how people respond to our brand on different networks also helps me to adapt my marketing efforts and create stronger social media campaigns. And I love that I can schedule posts in advance. I was able to schedule a month of posts in 30 minutes!

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

There was a bit of a learning curve when I initially signed up but overall it's pretty easy to use. It can be a little confusing to differentiate between the Priority Inbox and the Streams. Overall, there's not much that I dislike about the product - it has all of the features I need and more, and it makes my job a lot easier.

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I first started my job, we didn't have any social media marketing at all. Since I manage all of the marketing efforts for my company, I needed something that would allow me to post on social media while also monitoring our networks, all from one place. Most of the platforms I looked at were very limited, or insanely expensive. Sendible was the perfect choice for our business - it's affordable and has every feature I need to do my job.

I like the interface and the functions it offers for LinkedIn and Instagram. The language support is also very useful and I can write and publish content easily and quickly. It is very easy to create a calendar to publish posts on the main social networks, including Google posts. Sendible is software that has a variety of features ranging from scheduling posts to monitoring them.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

I would like to see a basic version of the tool available at a more affordable price for smaller businesses. I can't edit a scheduled post without the app crashing and I don't love the setup to add multiple clients, I'd like to see more work on how this software works with the Instagram app.

I love that I can scheduled multiple posts for different accounts all at once! Sendible makes social media management so simple and straight-forward. I save so much time by scheduling posts for my clients in advance!

The Instagram integrations need some work. Some of my posts bounce if they aren’t the right dimensions. I wish I would know ahead of time if the posts aren’t going to post instead of after their scheduled post time.

Sendible is a platform that is based on the management of social networks, where it is responsible for monitoring and analyzing the participation of users, has an easy programming providing the ability to publish all products through all social networking platforms, without any doubt Sendible is the ideal platform to design and expand the marketing system with the use of social networks as this application contains packages that can provide up to 300 services involving more than 10 participants from different work teams.

What I tend to dislike about Sendible can is only the difficulty they present to set a standard price level or vary it according to scales of services because I find it unpleasant that to add services or other features has an additional cost to the already guideline.

Sendible makes scheduling and monitoring for social media simple. It's very reliable and easy to use. The best thing: you can schedule multiple posts in different networks at the same time. Sendible reports are very insightful and detailed, but most importantly customizable.

One of my favorite features is the ability to post a fist comment on your Instagram post. Very useful when you send out a post and want to add hashtags to it. It removes the need of going into Instagram and adding a comment with the hashtags.

Love the webinars and resources provided by the Sendible team!

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

Overall Sendible is a pretty complete platform, not much I dislike. The Integrations with Instagram certainly need to be updated. I dislike that you can not post stories or create a post with multiple images on Instagram.

Sendible is saving me tons of time when it comes to scheduling posts. I no longer need to use docs or spreadsheets for my monthly content. It simply makes my workflow better and more efficient, I no longer need to sign in and out to different social profiles and platforms. It is so easy to use daily. The setup process was also very quick and easy. I can post for all of my client's different social profiles very easily and it saves me logging in and logging out all day long.

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

The interface is very intuitive and non complicated but feature rich.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

The workflow is good but a little limited.  When you look at posts for review for example, you can only send them to one person to review not two. Its frequent that you will want more than one person to approve a post and its tricky to have more than one set of eyes on it.  The reports could do with expanding also, we know our subscriber count and movement from looking at say the instagram report, but its hard to put all of the headline data for all accounts into one custom report.  The auto lookup feature for users is good, but sometimes there is a lot of lag, on linkedin where there are spaces its especially annoying.  It would be good to have some way of entering a definitive user name or address to skip the lag.

**Recommendations to others considering Sendible:**

Review the top three products and definitely trial them first. We like it and enjoy it, dont be put off by some of the frustrating limitations of products like Instagram and think that thats Sendibles fault, its an insta thing, not a sendible thing...

The Scheduling is a breeze, we have a much better strategic view of our posts and how we interact with customers.  The at a glance view is easy to navigate and use.  The post approval is also great, but please fix the multiple approvers issue above to make it totally awesome.

I like that it is a simple and easy-to-use platform with no unnecessary hoops, it has fluid programming, easy to administer, and allows us to give customers easy access to their own individual dashboard. The platform is simple and effective and it visualizes the data in a clear and brief way, it has an impressive user interface and it has the ability to connect all our social media accounts with ease.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

There is no major issue with this software, however the reconnection issue has caused me to bounce multiple posts that were supposed to be posted on a certain date. I don't like that when I edit photos in the compose function, if you save an edit you can't go back and change it, there are some errors here and there anyway, but Sendible does a good job of fixing them quickly.

Thanks to Sendible everything is simpler, it offers many functions for you to monitor, it is a great tool to start managing social networks. It is the best on the market with all the services you need at an extremely competitive price.

This platform in general has given me transparency to clients of the work that goes into social media management, has a clean and easy-to-use interface, has the social media platforms that I use and wanted, and is reasonably priced. **What do you like best about Sendible?**

It's a great centralized hub of scheduling tools and content. The calendar helps me see how my week is looking so far, and the Engage page is helpful to see at a glance! It was recommended to me by my boss but I'm not looking to switch anytime soon it's been working really well for me so far. I also like that they've been putting on free webinars recently.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

I do feel like I can lose track of my work from the Calendar Month view, as you have to click into the day to see more. Small complaint. One other small complaint, unless it's user error, is that if you want to set up the same post on 3-4 platforms it just gives you one time option to upload it all at once rather than staggered.

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My favorite benefit is the Content Suggestions Search by Topic. It pulls up so much right there for you to choose from! Social Media Managers are constantly looking for content so it's wonderful to have another resource right within the tool I'm already using.

I love how I can make an original post and then add each platform, use the tabs, and customize it for that platform. Also, appreciate the reminders if I forgot to add a photo or it's not optimized

Wish you could save hashtags to be able to just grab and post, and that you can't load more than one photo to IG at a time.

My focus was more about social media posting more than anything. I also like that by paying a year in advance I save, which is much more affordable than hiring a VA.

There are the occasional bugs where my Instagram post won't post, or the comment doesn't come through, but that doesnt happen too often anymore.

Sendible is one of the few third-party scheduling apps that Instagram allows. After lots of research and some trials of others, I found Sendible to be the most reliable and user-friendly.

I can easily manage my various social media accounts by scheduling out my posts in advance, seeing all my comments in one place, and easily viewing reports. It is upfront work that saves me so much time in the long run.

I work for a marketing agency, so managing a variety of clients can be tricky when it comes to social media scheduling. However, Sendible is great! It's really helpful that we can create a separate account for our clients, to review and approve their social content. 

I also like the reporting tool, as it's super easy to use and once the template is created, it's quick to report each month! 👍🏻

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

My main recommendations are for Instagram. It would be really helpful if we could include more than one image when scheduling content. I also would love to be able to schedule Instagram Stories directly in the platform.  

The only other area is the reporting tool, it would be really helpful to be able to report on Google Ads if we could pull data through directly from this platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Sendible:**

As I mentioned above, my main recommendations are for Instagram and the one area in the reports.

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A problem that we've experienced in the past is managing our client's social scheduling. We used to draft our monthly posts in a spreadsheet and it was a very long process for the marketing executives and for our clients. Using Sendible removes the spreadsheet and instead, makes it a much faster process. One of the benefits I love is clients can sign in to their dashboard and review/approve their social content at their own leisure. 

I also love the eye icon when drafting, as you can see what the post will look like!

Sendible is incredibly easy to use, allowing for easy content creation. It allows for us to schedule content a month in advance. We are beginning to get to the point where we are able to take two days every two months to do content creation. Once we schedule it in we sit back and watch the magic happen! It frees us up a lot of time and energy that would be spent on trying to come up with a post every single day

The only downside is the process for adding accounts, it sometimes takes more time than it should

We are spending less time on content creation and more time on doing the things we need to do, which is coach!

This software allows me to manage a large number of accounts very easily, it is very easy to create a calendar to publish publications on the main social networks, I can also see who mentions me and my clients and respond directly from the control panel, the Shared content libraries work very well, the platform is simple and effective and visualizes the data in a very clear way, we can also create reports in the application and export them to review the effectiveness and followers of the publications, I also like how I can get link preview images, it is a very comprehensive social media management tool.

As much as I think about it, I can't find something I can't like about this product, I love all its functions and to this day I have not had any problem with this software, it has done its job very well.

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

We had used a few other alternatives to Sendible to schedule postings for our clients on Google My Business, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram.  We changed to Sendible after touring the interface.  Their calendar interface makes it easy to check within a few seconds the upcoming posts.  It was the reason we switched and so far we are happy we did!

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

The price of Sendible hasn't decreased as the number of competitors offering similar services has increased - all at a significantly lower cost.  This has been a big dissapointment and one we are looking at adressing.  It's just incredibly difficult to change platforms because we have so many posts scheduled out months in advance.  At times the Service list connectivity between our team members doesn't function as it is supposed to - there are permission issues that seem to iron themselves out after a little while.  This can be frustrating when we onboad a new client and our team begins to work in earnest on future postings.

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to schedule out posts is their number one feature - but we also enjoy the ability to repeat posts every month, week or even every 6 months.  This allows us to maximize our time, and isnt that what any good tool is supposed to do?
