**What do you like best about Sendible?**

I appreciate Sendible's user-friendly platform that outperforms others like Meta Business Suite and Buffer. It's easy to navigate when scheduling numerous posts across different platforms for Got Questions Ministries. Unlike its competitors, everything is easy to find and easy to schedule, and it was easy for me to learn.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

I would like to be able to schedule Instagram posts that have images along with Facebook posts that don't have images all in one place. It would be more time-efficient to do it all at one time rather than beginning another scheduling block for each.

Sendible is easy to navigate for scheduling multiple posts and platforms, and its user-friendly platform outperforms Meta Business Suite and Buffer, making it easy to find features and schedule content.

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

It's easy to manage multiple social media accounts on Sendible.  It's easy for several members of the team to access what they need.  We particularly like the functionality around custom tags and being able to group the accounts using profile groups.  It's also easy to use, viewing the calendar and easy to schedule posts. We use the approvals function too, and it all works well for us!  The account management and responsiveness of the customer support team have been excellent.  I use Sendible every day.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

I think there is room for improvement in the reporting.  But have to say the team were able to help when we reported issues and Sendible do seem to be developing and improving the platform all the time.

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing us to manage a large number of Facebook accounts in one place and to post to those accounts with customisable content (custom tags).

We’ve experienced recurring issues with LinkedIn integration. Posts don’t always publish as scheduled, and at times the connection between Sendible and LinkedIn needs to be refreshed or reauthorized unexpectedly.

I love the platform - I've been using it for three years now. Very easy to use and implement. I use it weekly as I have 30 channels to populate monthly.

I wish it had more functionality, specifically for layouts for images, creating videos and tagging for both FB and IG.

I do wish there was an easier way to reconnect personal LinkedIn profiles for people who do not have Sendible accounts.

I've tried a few schedulers that simply didn't work properly, or broke when new features were added. I've been with Sendible for over a year now with no problems and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The customer support is great too.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

Honestly? Nothing! There were 2 things that I asked them to fix - to be able to set up my calendar so that the week starts on a Monday rather than a Sunday,  and to be able to add more accounts -  both of which I believe they have now addressed. They actually listen to feature requests, which is amazing - without adding too many features and ruining things, like other schedulers I have used.

It is one of the most cost-effective ways to schedule posts to multiple platforms. Much more reasonably priced than some competitors.

I use it daily at my current workplace, because I used Sendible at my last role too. Over-all, a reliable, efficient platform. The customer service has always been very quick to get back to me too.

There are some odd quirks and things that you learn to work your way around.

Not having to use Meta Business Suite... It's  much more reliable and allows scheduling to multiple platforms while also being a reasonable cost for a small business with a budget.

Sendible has saved me so much time and helped me stay on point when it comes to my social media. Being able to post to my google my business update has been great and has helped me rank higher in local set. I would recommend Sendible to anyone. I also love how you can create posting schedules and it helps to automatically schedule yourposts.

I wish i could pick more than 6. Since they added the capability to post to threads I would like to connect to 7. Not that I would use all 7 each time.

On occasion it glitches and I have to make the compose screen fill screen to save a draft.  Not a big inconvenience, just mildly annoying.

I love the ease of use. I tried multiple platforms that were around Sendible's price point, and found that Sendible was the most straightforward and easy to use for me.  It has the features I need to manage multiple accounts for multiple clients as well as have remote team members who can create posts and submit them for my approval themselves. I have also found their Customer Support to be helpful and responsive. Lastly, implementing Sendible was really easy - I'm thankful for that. I was up and running in less than an hour.

Can't think of anything yet. I've been using for 4 months regularly.

Allowing me to schedule content for multiple clients across their multiple platforms and see everything at-a-glance in calendar view. My remote partners can schedule content for my approval, too.

I'm no expert in social media posting but Sendible makes the whole process easy and stress free, I can post across multiple platforms with ease and see what is due to go out and what as already been sent very simply.  Great produce overall.  The integrations with multiple platforms is a great feature, I use it on a very frequent basis to post all of our content, it was very easy to implement and get set up and although I have not had cause to use the customer support I have no doubt that they would be first class too.

I have found no downsides to the system.

I chose Sendible because I could white label it. It was essential for me to maintain my brand. It is a game-changer for my company, allowing me to offer an added layer of social media expertise that extends beyond just creative content. While Sendible excels in organic social media, I found it lacks the online lead-generating digital social ads. Both organic and paid social are important. The platform’s focus on organic alone makes the price point a bit high. If you are looking to handle both organic and paid social from one platform, it falls short.

Sendible manages multiple social media profiles with its comprehensive scheduling and organizational features, I can streamline and automate social media for multiple clients. With Sendible, I easily schedule my social media posts. I am single-handedly responsible for the entire marketing of the company, so when I go on holiday, I find it important that the social media posts continue. I couldn't live without Sendible anymore.

You can't post stories with stickers directly. But that's an Instagram thing.

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

Sendible is the easiest content-scheduling platform out there! I love that it gives me the option to post on several accounts at a time, as well as the option to group said accounts. It makes managing multiple accounts much easier! I love the queue feature, as my company posts recurring weekly deals. I never have to think twice or remember to post something each week, plus they are easy to edit and adjust when need be. I appreciate how the app can be viewed in the monthly calendar layout as well as the day-by-day layout. This software also makes it easy to make last-minute edits and changes and alerts you when your content did not deliver, as well as tells you why, which is extremely helpful. I also love that I can post content from Sendible to just about every social platform.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

There truly aren't many downsides to using Sendible! My biggest complaint would probably be the limit of the number of accounts that can be put into a group. Also the inability to schedule stories with clickable links, which may just be a complaint for Instagram/Facebook, but it would be a nice feature to add to make scheduling stories easier.

As a user who manages over 100 accounts, it allows me to easily select specific accounts to post to, without having to schedule each post for every account/platform indiviudally.

The calendar feed and extra options that are available in Sendible make it a cut above the rest. Combined with major ease of use and continued added features at its price point makes it an easy choice for social media managers, and those running multilocation properties.Recommended post times after it learns your areas of greater interaction are a bonus. Lastly, the support is on the spot and consistent.

Sometimes platforms don't let you post if your image isn't the EXACT size for that platform. Where if you were posting from your phone natively, it wouldn't matter.

It is helping manage all our locations social profiles as well as allowing me as a social media manager to keep a pulse on the larger behavioral health community outside my organization.

Sendible makes all my social media efforts possible. I use it for a local film festival and other event organizers are always amazed at how much and consistently I post. I tell them that Sendible makes it happen.

I wish I could add just 1 more social media account. I don't need all the tools in the next highest tier.

We post to YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook multiple times a week. Sure, Instagram and Facebook share posting dashboards, but not the other three. Having it all in one place simplifies our efforts.

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

When I stumbled upon Sendible, I was thrilled by its robust features and reasonable cost. The ability to schedule across multiple channels and content assistance with images were the key selling points for me. 

Here’s why I love Sendible:
•	It allows you to efficiently manage several social media accounts. Whether it’s scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, or responding to messages, you can do it all in one place.
•	The content assistance feature is a true lifesaver. Sendible provides suggestions and ideas to keep your content fresh and engaging.
•	Building content calendars with your team is a breeze. Collaborate seamlessly, assign tasks, and streamline your social media workflow.
•	Sendible’s personalized customer service is top-notch. When you need assistance, their dedicated and helpful support team is there to guide you.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

•	Occasional Scheduling Failures: While rare, sometimes scheduled posts may not go through. The good news is that Sendible notifies you promptly if a post fails.

Bounced Post Notifications:
•	I would love to receive email notifications about bounced posts. It would be helpful to have this feature for better monitoring so I don't have to hunt for what went wrong.

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

The Sendible app is great - really easy to use and constantly being improved. I don't use half of the features on there because I don't need to - I am the only one in my organisation managing our social media posts. But if you are a bigger company with lots of people or a company that uses a third party agency Sendible will work just as well for you. I love the regular webinars which are great for explaining new features but also for reminding you / refreshing your knowledge about features  you may not be that familiar with. It's the only tool I use for our social media so using it all the time.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

I don't really dislike anything about the app. It does what it's supposed to and is regularly improved as far as I can tell. The webinars are great and when I have needed help the support team are very responsive.

**Recommendations to others considering Sendible:**

Use this. It's better than anything else I've tried!

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uploading posts to our social media pages is so much easier than it used to be. I can schedule weeks in advance and then just forget all about it and get on with other things knowing that my posts will appear when they are supposed to. And the picture editing tool is convenient because it saves so much time.

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

Sendible provides a lot of features for social media engagement through its brand connections, analytics and great integrations with all social accounts.
Easy to connect and get reports quickly for your social posts and engagements.
Provides features like custom domain and promote branding of products.
Easy to implement all social accounts at one dashboard like meta,instagram,linkedIn,youtube,etc.
Frequently used by all team members to promote and post taglines and updates of products.
Great customer support available via email,chats,call most of the time.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

Sendible provides a lot of benefits but here are some point to be noted-
1. For bigger organization the white label subsciption is costly.
2. Managing and alysing all data can be challeging sometime.

Sendible has helped us in managing our all social accounts for different business departments of our logistics and supply chain organization to easily interact with customer facing ends for posting updates and news through a single centralized platform.

The customer service. I've used a few social publishing platforms over the years and Sendible's service is hands down the best.

There really isn't that much that I dislike at all! If anything, I wish it had a super admin setting that meant one person could have access to everything quickly rather than searching through shared profiles etc.

Sendlible is allowing us to publish social posts for various clients in a way that we can clearly see everything that's going out. If the clients want to, they can see it too. The transparency is a good selling point.

Being able to sent to multiple platforms at once and then adjust based upon the network.  It's also easy to use for hashtags.  Being able to make the first comments is also a huge plus, especially on IG, since IG dislikes links!

It would be great if Sendible would help to create the formatting for Shorts, IG Reels, and FB reels, because IG and FB are really particular about the format of their videos.

Sendible has made reviewing and approving posts so much easier for our clients. Our previous platform was not intuitive or easy to use for clients. We also like that we're able to customize reporting by client KPIs and goals. Support has also been very communicative and easy to work with.

Wish the app was still an option but understand that it's not a priority.

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

I love that Sendible not only allows you to schedule content, but it also provides you with the most optimal posting times and can generate reports for you. My favourite feature about Sendible is also that it allows you to create a specific calendar preview for each of your clients. As an agency, it's perfect for us as we have the ability to create and send personalized logins to each of our clients and team members enabling them to have their own custom preview of content for the month. It  has become my favourite social media platform. We use it for all of our clients! They love it too!

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

It is sometimes complicated to learn how to add custom calendars and send personalized logins to clients. I also don't like that they don't have an option to pay in CAD as for us Canadians the price is much higher than it would be for us to use a tool here.

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sendible allows us to provide our clients with their own content preview of the month. It also allows us to ensure we're posting at the most optimal times. In addition, it generates our monthly reports for us so we don't have to.

Sendible has a fast interface, a simple workflow and does, what we expect.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

We use only the planning feature. The rest of probably useful features stay unused because we don't know what they're good for.
We miss a calendar sync feature to ical or google to make planned posts visible in our CRM (Daylite for Mac, btw.)

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content planning and publishing. The review feature is not applicable as clients don't want to learn another tool (and we don't want to bill them for a tool they don't use). A push-mail review-feature would be nice.

As a small business owner I was unsure what I was getting into signing up for a free trial the team was helpful and nice and looking around I found a lot that was useful.

There are a lot of amazing features and it can get overwhelming. This isn't a bad problem but it's good they have people to help you understand it.

Sendible is easy to use, and I love the flexibility of having so many services to add to my social media scheduling! For a couple of clients that I'm courting, they have 2-3 Facebook groups as well as their own business page - it's a huge benefit to have multiple choices with my plan!

Also,I love the fact I can now upload Stories! As long as you don't need to add anything like music or a tappable link - it's just an image or YouTube Short - it's good to go! BOO-YA!

Customer support is awesome! If I have a question, their support team gets back to me quickly. I also have access to their knowledebase to find the answers myself. Perfect!

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

From a previous review I had remarked about images not staying in my client's media libraries vs. having to re-upload; Sendible read it and fixed it! Wondering when Sendible might connect to Threads?

**Recommendations to others considering Sendible:**

The support team at Sendible is off the charts! My business is located in Arizona, U.S.A., and the support team has always been great about getting back with me within 24 hours or less despite the time difference. Good training modules and the information bubbles help explain what is needed. It's an easy software to use and learn, flexible in its offerings, a better ROI!

Uploading Stories was huge! If I have either a YouTube Short or just an image, I can upload it right through Sendible and know it's getting out to my client's audiences!

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

My first experience at a digital marketing agency involved managing an average of 30 clients, each with three social media platforms, with 3 - 5 unique posts (copy and image) required weekly for every client. And then, I had to post them all manually on three separate social media platforms.

If Sendible were a physical object, I would throw it at my ex-boss's head. 

With Sendible, it's all streamlined, with a much lower margin for error. You're in control of what you want to automate. And it's easy for clients to understand and use the approval system. It even has customizable reports that are automatically populated with your data.

If you have a digital marketing agency and your employees are still posting things manually for a number of clients, get Sendible, for the love of god. For your poor employees' sanity. The costs can offset the time you're already paying someone to spend on the tasks you could be automating, so your employee can focus more on quality!

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

I can't complain. I've had some issues with getting the correct data on the reports, but that's on the social media platform's end, not Sendible's.

I don't have to waste time with manual scheduling and reporting. Now I can spend more time creating GREAT content.

Its intuitive and laid out the way that best suits us. It was super easy to implement and platform integration is a doddle.

Its not just great to manage client accounts but also have great oversight of the team to ensure they are happy and so are our customers.

Every member of our agency team are using the platform all-day, everyday and it never misses a beat.

We really like that Sendible are always looking for new ways to innovate, bringing in new features and holding some great webinars to keep us up to date.

The support team are amazing, so approachable and helpful.

We seem to get more posts rejected than previously but its mainly user error or a problem with the receiving platform. The phone app could be a bit better but the desktop version is excellent.

Sendible support is always on hand and have never let us down.

How best to manage multiple cleints and client platforms, reducing the time its takes to produce duplicate posts across numerous platforms, etc.

Providing clients access to enable review, approval and engagement, making us feel like one in-house team. Enabling realtime, intuitive reporting to provide us and our clients with the MI they require.

My favorite thing about sendible is the ability to schedule in advance for multiple platforms, posting constantly every day is a hassle but when you can sit down and schedule it in advance it makes things so much easier

The only thing I would change about this site is I wish you were able to post video content in the mass scheduling boxes you can only do photos or gifs but you can easily still schedule video content but individual rather than in bulk
