What do you like best about Sendbird?

Sendbird already offers various chat APIs. It’s an excellent platform where you can apply the appropriate APIs without the need for developing them yourself. If you’re considering introducing chat functionality, this is the easiest and best solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendbird?

There are times when service disruptions occur due to internal server errors in Sendbird. Since it’s likely to be used for commercial services, it would be great if more attention were given to server management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Solving the problem of less queues at reception and quicker responses with questions residents may have. Sendbird helped us get our Chat service off the ground quickly and without having to develop a ton of backend overhead so that we could evaluate the feature offering for our users. What do you like best about Sendbird?

As a food delivery platform, it allows us to interact with and resolve customer queries more efficiently, making our daily customer management and communication much easier. Task management, team collaboration, and reporting are made seamless, which has helped us improve productivity and maintain better oversight of ongoing projects.
