What do you dislike about SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite?

Default logoff after inactivity cannot be bypassed even after consulting with support and actively disabling the browser keep-alive timeout. After a few hours, the user is automatically logged off. What problems is SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, the company had an outdated, inflexible, and poorly maintainable EDI tool. With Seeburger BIS, we have 24/7 support with SLA, thus clearly regulating the support.
