**What do you like best about SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite?**

Availability of almost 100% at all times (except during announced maintenance windows) is optimal. 
Usability is intuitive (Message Tracking + MapTable Manager Cloud).
Flexibility for mapping adjustments or integrations is provided down to the smallest detail (Consulting SaaS).

**What do you dislike about SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite?**

Default logoff after inactivity cannot be bypassed even after consulting with support and actively disabling the browser keep-alive timeout. After a few hours, the user is automatically logged off. The frequency of the additional confirmation via authentication key is too high or seems disruptive.

**What problems is SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, the company had an outdated, inflexible, and poorly maintainable EDI tool. With Seeburger BIS, we have 24/7 support with SLA, thus clearly regulating the support. Also, the number of configured partners exceeded the available capacity before switching to Seeburger BIS.

**What do you like best about SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite?**

I am particularly convinced by the high stability, reliability, and scalability: Both growing data volumes and new integration requirements can be centrally, transparently, and efficiently mapped and implemented. Furthermore, essential functions can be easily set up and then securely used without special training. Additionally, the support is excellent, competent, and fast.

**What do you dislike about SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite?**

Due to the extensive range of functions, some initial familiarization time is necessary. However, good training sessions are available to facilitate the start.

**What problems is SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integration of various systems, partners, and data formats would only be manageable with significant manual effort and a correspondingly high susceptibility to errors without this solution. Through the centralized, standardized, and automated handling of integration processes, I benefit from more transparency, more stable operations, and noticeable time savings in daily operations. Additionally, numerous other business processes can also be automated and specifically optimized outside of regular EDI business.

The system stability is impressively good. The new web frontend appears significantly more intuitive, and the wide range of possibilities offers a suitable solution for almost every challenge.

For us, updates are unfortunately always very complex. However, this is partly due to our own system structure.

**What problems is SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seeburger Business Suite is a central hub for us to connect SAP and non-SAP systems. It operates with extremely high reliability. Particularly positive is the simple and fast data mapping, which allows integrations to be implemented quickly and processes to be depicted swiftly.

Cannot list any dislike points, as it runs very mature since years.

By bringing multiple integration capabilities onto a single platform, the solution reduces the number of tools to operate, simplifies governance, and drives down overall TCO over time. It helps to accelerating the commercialization.

Very intuitive interface, many connectors, very good in the B2B environment, API connections are also easy to implement, good support, variable use on-premise, cloud, and hybrid, no performance issues.

**What do you dislike about SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite?**

With old contracts, you always have to have additional tools unlocked. Some standard features, such as the transport mechanism from the test to the PROD system, must be licensed separately. It should actually be standard.

**What problems is SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick connection of external suppliers via the Managed Service. Use the experience in electronic invoice exchange and use Seeburger as the first contact point.
