The support and training (Matt Hummert) and others on the team are what really matter. We're able to know how to use the product(s) and find proper uses that generate revenue. Being able to ask questions AT ANY TIME is key. When new features are added, we learn how to use them and are able to put them into use. Things tend to happen slowly. I have some concern about positions being eliminated - similar to when the LAB website was eliminated - and then restored. I understand the need to evaluate spending, but this is a concern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
