I like the user interface and the overall functionality to filter and create lists of contacts. Their pricing model allows you to pick and choose certain features which is good for us since we are not utilizing every feature right away. Seamless AI helps with finding company info about the leadership team and or general info for companies. Sometimes companies wont post contacts and this help out a lot. Plus for the search button on the side when you're on a company website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Downsides about the current Seamless AI is that when you search for a name of a company or name of contact it wont pull it at the top of the list. You have to scroll to find it. Its random sometimes where you have to search separatly and then it finds it after a random search.

Also when you are on a company website and you use the seamless search button on the side, sometimes companies wont be pulled and it pulls random companies that dont correlate with the website you are on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Seamless' integration witjh Hubspot is very stabel, and realiable both for input and updates of profiles from Linkedin. It has been very accurate, and has a relatively user friendly email discovery and validation tool. The ability to tag contacts onto lists and search by date input is also quite funtional. The chrome browser extension can be slow to load. The findser sometimes does not search for the contact data from the main or current company. The system readily creates duplicates and their is no functionality to remove them easily or in bulk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While Seamless.ai offers a valuable tool for sourcing contact details, I hae encountered some challenges with the accuracy of the information provided but this is like 2 out of 10 accurate so not so bad but sometimes for contact details that should be easy to get . Additionally, users often appear affiliated with multiple companies on LinkedIn, which requires selecting a single set of contact details to import. The db seems to have most every company I wanted to reseach.

What I liked most by using seamless in the past one and a half month is their database. They have in built email verifier and the contact details I have collected are way more rich that any other coparative tools. One feedback is that I don't think credit should be taken out if they're not able to find anything on a lead. There are times when I would try to find a lead's email, only to find out that there isn't info on them, but a credit is taken from me anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
