Seamless is SO EASY to use. With just a couple of bits of data, you can quickly build prospect lists. My team was able to build a list of 2500 prospects in a matter of 30 minutes.

Great use cases:

1. Industry and title specific campaigns. If you want to stay in a single industry, with that bit of data + up to 5 decision making titles, you can have a phenomenal list in minutes.

2. National accounts campaigns. With a company name and a few titles, you can find contacts at multiple locatons of a company.

3. Email prospecting campaigns. We used Seamless a TON for cold email prospecting/marketing campaigns. This was a KILLEER lead generator for us.

The biggest downside to Seamless:

It was easy to use, easy to integrate, and straightforward. Before implementation, our teams could easily speak with customer support and answer questions. Upon implementation, setting up and integrating with our current CRM was very easy. Everything is public information. There's nothing really bad about Seamless AI. It will not scour the internet for private information, so it's above board for GDPR rules. The user experience is very intuitive and easy to interact with. I use the tool frequently and rarely have I encountered any technical issues that have prevented my workflow from continuing (and they have access to an array of trainings that have helped me troubleshoot if I'm at an impasse). What we love the most is how accurate Seamless is when searching for Contacts and Companies for our business, it offers all the information we need, and it integrates seamlessly with our Salesforce environment making it easier for us to save the information needed, we use Seamless on a daily basis and has been a great decision. I have only used Seamless for a couple weeks now, but it is has made my days far more efficient. I get to spend far less time googling and trying to figure out contact information for my targets. Installing the chrome extension is a must. It makes using the product a breeze. I use seamless daily now, I am looking forward to the investment paying itself off in no time. The intent feature is a highly recommended upgrade. The one call for customer support I made was directly to my sales rep, who promptly provided me the information and clarification I was seeking. Phone numbers have not been real reliable. I hope when there is no number or email provided that that does not count against my count for the day, just out of principal if nothing else. I wish intent was not an upgrade and rather just part of the packages. When I thumbs down information I wish it would disappear. I am really just nit picking, but I had to give something.
