I use it everyday ,, I found the customer service is exceptional, It provides legit data which enables me to not waste time and work on relationship builing. I appreciate its accuracy and speed. I am able to quickly find and confirm decision makers with very little trouble or inaccuracies. What I like best about Seamless.AI is its user-friendly interface and accurate data, which helps me quickly find the right contacts and reach out to the correct department. One downside of the this is that occassionally the data can be outdated or incorrect at times, it may also be outdated, which may require additional verification through the call. I like the plug ins. can use my normal search tools, compile lists and then apply Seamless to generate contact info. Can either use another plug in to synch with CRM or download lists for import as contacts into MS Outlook. REALLY appreciate the LinkedIn extension. very powerful and new/better the past 2 months. What you get for the price is better than other competitors. Paying for credits is annoying, so Seamless allots a certain amount of credits per day. This lets me use it every day if I want.

I used to sing the praises of Seamless but when it came time to cancel our subscription, we found out they have absolutely no flexibility.

You have to let them know 60 days in writing in advance to cancel your subscription. If you don't do that, you're SOL. They'll keep your money and they're proud of it.

We wanted to try out another service and we would have come back, but the bridge has been burned.

It's a shame because I really iked their service. I brought it over with me from my old position when I joined this company. I specifically asked for Seamless from my superiors. I went to bat for them.

It's really disappointing.
