Literally the best lead generation tool in the game. So easy to find business owners direct cell phone numbers, and direct emails for immediate contact. Even if you don't have your own CRM, you can organize your pipeline and all of your contacts within Seamless. The User Experience is TOP notch and I wouldn't use any other platform.

Forget about the data quality and poor UI, this company has very questionable business practices. They put a 60-day cancellation policy in their contracts and do very little to remind you.

I got a system message 60 days from the renewal saying our account had been upgraded. This was odd as I had been talking to our rep about downgrading because we were using it.

Emailed him right away and was told this was just a notice about our renewal going through. I immediately replied that we didn't want to renew (this was like 57 days from renewal). Was told that's not an option and we're stuck in the contract but that we could still downgrade.

Got on a call with the rep to discuss and was told our downgrade options are limited to some arbitrary pricing he had put in an email several weeks ago.

Brings contact info and social connections together for easy review and contact research. Integrates with the CRM I use - Pipedrive. Makes multi-platform touch points much easier to execute. I like the fact that it provides me with the most accurate information and also gives me an estimate with percentage of how good the information is. The customer service is great they always respond within 24hrs. Sometimes it gives me the wrong information for a prospect and it can be very frustrating specially when cold calling. The ease of use and the formating of field and how it extract data across locations, types and industry is what makes it interesting. We can also maintain reports and run sequences.
