I consider this to be an extremely useful, intuitive, and easy-to-use application, as I use it almost every day. The development process behind this tool is definitely more advanced compared to some competitors. What I value the most is that, when it is functioning normally, it is a very simple and quick tool to implement and integrate in workflows . The variety of available filters allows for better results since they are not as basic as those of other competitors, enabling much more specific segmentation.
I also appreciate features that I haven’t found in other applications, such as the ability to search for multiple companies at the same time. Additionally, I believe it is so so clear there is a team constantly working to improve the user experience, adding better tools and filters to enhance the platform’s value, as I always find something new everytime I open the app. This is something I truly appreciate, as it makes the price of the service feel more justified. There are constant updates that sometimes make it hard to follow up as users. We experience a lot of recurrent issues that are not constant but sometimes annoying when we have tight workflows. When I have to choose between using this tool or another one like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, I feel that LinkedIn sometimes provides more accurate information about people or companies, when I use bulk search for some companies I sometimes wonder if the app is including all the companies. In other words, I feel that the information provided here can sometimes be outdated, which makes me trust LinkedIn more when acquiring contact information. The filters available are very useful, but they are definitely sometimes too limited in terms of their functionality (for example being able to only put 5 industries at the same time). There are actions or features that, as a user, I would expect to be available. For example, being able to save contacts that I had already saved into lists again without having to go through some manual processes that take up too much time and frustrate me when using the application.
I believe the app has a highly skilled team to resolve questions; however, sometimes the process of resolving inquiries takes too long, even when the question seems simple. This occasionally causes significant delays in our workflows as users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of creating lists, finding data, Having a 1000 lead credits a day is huge, Especially if you look at other plans of other data software costing 10x as much as Seamless.ai and this gives an SDR 1000 leads a day! Now, for attesting to data accuracy - I hva edone a lot of cold calling using Seamless mobile data. Now out of a 1000 leads you'd usually find between 70-130 good valid mobiles to dial a day. And I'd say accuracy of owner match to phone nr is about 85% for the ones that of course, do ring and gets answered. I haven't fully tested the full extend of their email accuracy.In all honesty, there is NO perfect data out there in the world. So just live with it. At least Seamless.ai is like I said 10x cheaper than "so-called" fancy industry leaders who also get 3-4 out of 10 employees' data wrong. Unless you pay thousands upon thousands to a data company to have perfect ID match verification, you're gonna have to give these email validated systems a little bit of slack. One dislike I have is that you can't set the quality of the lead info accuracy BEFORE you scrape. So you have to spend your 1000 credits a day to scrape junk or good leads, and you can only filter AFTER you scraped. That is my one huge dislike and sadly enough to make me most likely not want to renew again. Big waste of time scraping inaccurate data leads.Second not good function is their search capabilities. You get very dumb inaccurate results trying to put anything under "Keyword" and their industries are limited, so you have to end up scraping company by company, depending on your industry. Sure some searches are super basic, like just finding CEO's in USA. But anything serious niche specific or more detailed, you're gonna be disappointed in the search capabilites lacking. Seamless.ai makes lead generation quick and easy with simple search relevantly easy compared to it's competitor. It provides accurate contact details within seconds and the list management is an awesome feature too. The interface is simple and user-friendly.

After using this product, I experienced some of the contact data can be outdated or inaccurate, which can be frustrating when you're relying on it for outreach.
Pricing point is much higher for startups and small teams.

Faulty software delivering inaccurate leads

My medium-sized marketing & advertising agency had an extremely disappointing experience with SeamlessAI.
First of all, the software was cumbersome and far inferior in delivering quality leads compared to several of the other software applications we tried out. Specifically, our sales team repeatedly mentioned that the majority of the lead contact information SeemlessAI provided was not accurate and that our emails were getting rejected! We tested out SeemlessAI software for 30 days and it failed to meet our sales team’s expectations both in functionality and reliability.
Secondly, and far worse is the bullying tactics that SeemlessAI launched against us as we simply wanted to discontinue our trial with them. They insisted that our agency had a long-term contract in place when, in reality, a junior sales member from our team only signed up for a trial.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, including paying for an extra month we weren't going to use, we were then forced to submit a formal Cease & Desist notice from our legal counsel. Yet, to this day, SeemlessAI continues to make unauthorized billing attempts, which is why I must share our awful experience with this third-rate software company.
SeemlessAI’s behavior is both unacceptable and unethical. Potential customers should think twice before engaging with a company that demonstrates such disregard for professional ethics and sells such problematic software. Proceed with caution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Seamless AI is the glue that connects all of our sales apps. Not only does it provide very high quality contact data, they make it extremely easy to move the data into Salesforce. SeamlessAI also gives us a great short cut when viewing an account or contact in Salesforce, then with one click launching us to that same user or account in LinkedIn. Seamless has several features that are quite functional
1. Advanced Filters - SIC codes and company categories
2. LinkedIn PlugIn - The ability to use a browser plug in and hover inside of LinkedIn or any other Web element
3. Connections - The ability to search and find names of org and linked persons
4. Filter Subtraction - The ability to identify roles, titles, etc and use the (-) sign to subtract from lists
5. Live Training - LInks inside of the application for new users

Seamless is SO EASY to use. With just a couple of bits of data, you can quickly build prospect lists. My team was able to build a list of 2500 prospects in a matter of 30 minutes.
Great use cases:
1. Industry and title specific campaigns. If you want to stay in a single industry, with that bit of data + up to 5 decision making titles, you can have a phenomenal list in minutes.
2. National accounts campaigns. With a company name and a few titles, you can find contacts at multiple locatons of a company.
3. Email prospecting campaigns. We used Seamless a TON for cold email prospecting/marketing campaigns. This was a KILLEER lead generator for us.
The value that you get from Seamless is impossible to beat. I've not found ANYTHING that compares in this price range, and I've used numerous sources of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest downside to Seamless:
If you are looking to build a multi-unit strategy, Seamless tends to only show a corporate physical address and phone number. The upside is that you'll often find a mobile number for a contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was easy to use, easy to integrate, and straightforward. Before implementation, our teams could easily speak with customer support and answer questions. Upon implementation, setting up and integrating with our current CRM was very easy. Our account executive (Jared W.) was very helpful in answering our business questions and explaining how we could quickly and efficiently integrate with our current systems. Everything is public information. There's nothing really bad about Seamless AI. It will not scour the internet for private information, so it's above board for GDPR rules. The user experience is very intuitive and easy to interact with. I use the tool frequently and rarely have I encountered any technical issues that have prevented my workflow from continuing (and they have access to an array of trainings that have helped me troubleshoot if I'm at an impasse).
