- makes taking notes on calls so easy
- can easily add notes during a call to SFDC
- saves SO much time on admin tasks to open up more selling time
- I can create reports and edit all opps row by row in scratchpad instead of opening tons of SFDC tabs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love it and will always use it/recommend it for any selling role! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scratchpad makes my CRM data useful to ME and saves me tons of time! The ability to quickly adjust views from the CRM in real time gives me a firm understanding of my book of buisness. This gives me the confidence to approach leadship with outreach ideas and help my colleagues understand their own pipeline. It saves time not only in data entry, but because my Opportunites are cosistantly up to date in SalesForce, I meet with my manager half as often as others in my role. His confidence in my pipeline is gives me a minimum of 45 minutes back a week! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have a complex SalesForce instance, and some of my workflows (such as opportunity creation) cannot be accomplished in Scratchpad. The support team was wonderful and worked with me to trouble shoot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scratchpad is a must have if your sales team uses Salesforce. It makes keeping records updated incredibly easy and fast. What would take us 2-3 minutes to do in Salesforce, takes us 10 seconds in Scratchpad. Across a sales team with 40ish opps per person, that adds up to a LOT of time saved. The company itself is also very aligned with their customers and actually considers suggestions to implement into the product. I've personally met with their product team several times to discuss ideas and I think all have been implemented within a couple months. I'm also a big fan of "zero boards", which essentially surface opps to reps if they need an update automatically. Their goal is no opps on their zero board every day, and most reps do that consistently. Could not do this without Scratchpad.
I'll add, there was someone in my org hell bent on eliminating the expense of Scratchpad. I pushed back hard and fought for it, and now we've actually expanded it's use to other teams in the organization. There are very very few tools I'd die on a hill for, but Scratchpad is worth it. The mobile experience isn't there right now, but, I gave that feedback, and Friday I'm meeting with their product team to discuss it, so I know this "dislike" won't be around too much longer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scratchpad is a one stop shop for my accounts. I oversee 330+ accounts and to be able to have access to those accounts and everything connected to the CRM makes my ability to perform efficient and seamless. I used to have over 30 tabs open daily to keep track of accounts or quotes/proposals among other things. Now I barely have 5 tabs open. I access all that I need right on Scratchpad. I am able to modify and arrange what my needs or accessibility for my accounts are on Scratchpad adding to my efficiency. I am able to set this up very easily and if I have any speed bumps, the Scratchpad team is quick to assist with what I need to adapt. I use Scratchpad multiple times a day. It is set up when I pull up Chrome it has my dashboard up for my current pipeline and I am able to start my day off right from there. It intergrates easily with Salesforce. There is a limited number of changes you can make on the dashboard on the 'free' plan. This does not limit the efficiency of the program. However, the next plan for the monthly cost is well worth every penny in the amount of time, work, energy saved when using Scratchpad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Scratchpad has an incredible integration with Salesforce that makes opps and pipeline management easy, clean, and actionable! I feel like I can be organized and increase the revenue I bring in because things do not get lost and I can make sure I stay on top of my opps. The conditional formatting is also a game changer - I can color code opps and action on things that need my attention much easier. I use the tool daily and it is a part of my process. There is not a big learning curve - you can hop right in and see value immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Truly, there is not anything I dislike about Scratchpad! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scratchpad is the best time-saver for my day of all the software solutions I have at my disposal. The integration with Salesforce allows me to add and edit tasks as well as add notes to my Pipeline without having to deal with the slowness of Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, I haven't come up with anything that I dislike about the product. Everything works as I expect it to work. For my needs, I just don't see anything that needs to be improved based on what I use the tool for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I adopted ScratchPad for the note taking but fell in love with the abiliy to just click and join notes to an existing salesforce account or prospect.
I can premake templates and load them seconds before a call.
Sharing a template with work mates is super easy and once I make changes to mine it can be shared with everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd love the ability to draw notes or flow diagrams directly.
Think about how apple notes lets me write content, import an image or draw a diagram all within one note.
I want that for Scratch Pad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quick and easy use. All in one, one-stop-shop for all my opportunities and accounts. I am able to keep my opps clean and managable. My managers praise me for keeping things clean and notes up to date. I'm able to quick click everything relating to my accounts. It is extemely customizable for what I need and how I use. The help from the team at Scratchpad also helps me learn new tricks if I need assistance. I use it multiple times a day. Honestly, I'd be lost if I couldn't use Scratchpad in my daily use. It takes a bit of time to get things set up the way I would like them and how/what I use from my accounts. However, the Scratchpad team helps train and show how to set up. If I can't figure it out, I contact them and they either show me or get back to me with answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scratchpad makes it so easy for me to update my pipeline-- at my last org, we didn't have scratchpad and updating my pipeline was the bane of my existence so I wasn't super great about keeping it updated. At my current org, we do have Scratchpad and boy is it a game changer, I actually now get compliments on how updated my pipeline is!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing I dislike about Scratchpad-- it is that great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the ability to search for the accounts I manage without having to leave the webpage I'm on. If I'm writing an email and I can't remember an email address or a prodduct they are interested in the hotkey CMD + J just saves me hundreds of clicks per day and lessens the amount of tabs i need to keep open.
I also really liked that one of the CSMs hopped on a call with me to build out my Scratchpad dashboard specific to me and my role as an Account manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much. I use the free plan and haven't run into any issues/limitaions. I'm guessing the paid for version would give me other cool feautures but i don't know what i don't know :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scratchpad makes all manager think you are just extremely organized. It makes updating opportunities quick and easy saving me *literally* hours a week. It also allows me to have a more streamlined view of close dates and stages. Another great thing is that you can inline edit your accounts which saves so much time when scrubbing your accounts. I am also impressed by their customer support and how easy it was to implement. There is not a day that I don't use Scratchpad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have had a hard time pitching it to leadership, I currently pay out of pocket becuase it is such a great tool but I wish there was a better way to show the value to our leadership who isn't dealing with the little details of updating opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
