The ease of use of the applicant tracking system and its intuitive nature, the ability to customize some of the fields so it is tailored to my business needs, and the support team at scout for help when needed. Sometimes, when clicking into the job fields, you have to go back in to see all the applicants. If you don't click in the right spot, more of a user error than the application Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The results we initially got were a little overwhelming! I mean this is a good problem to have, but it is so overwhelming when you are looking for people and all of a sudden you have too many candidates to sort through it can be a lot to manage when you are used to scrounging around for a just a handful of applicants and all of a sudden you have 10X what you are used to. One thing that would be nice is being able to preview emails with the placeholders actually filled in before sending. The comment section on applications could also be improved to see which user added it and also so others can't delete previous comments. Once you know the system, it is easy to use. It allows for all managers in the organisation to monitor and be part of their recruitment.
