Scout is extremely user-friendly and customizable to suit your needs and has the flexibility to have custom changes to meet your organizational needs. In all honesty, there is not a key area I would say is a dislike. There are a couple of areas we would like to customerise more for efficiencies in identifying some key criteria for shortlisting.
