The ability to view resumes without downloading them, assign tasks to other team members, track email opened/clicked statuses and sort candidates by suburbs from the main screen has made my life so much easier in just a few weeks! Being unable to freely amend email templates and default application statuses in the essentials versions is a bit of a hassle and I find myself saving a lot of templates in Word to then paste in to send in bulk - it would be great if there was an add on just to add these certain parts of the full suite that would make life even easier. I would like it to be easier to see the jobs you currently have online without having to click so many times. For instance, cliking on jobs, then the posotion, then the applicants etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
