We acknowledge the initial setup can be overwhelming due to the customizable options, but we're glad migrating settings has eased this for your team. We also now offer 4 free weekly webinars and every Tuesday's is called Getting Started - many people find it helpful. It's great to hear our support team has been there for you and that you appreciate our late hours - we know most people working on these events are doing so after their day job or on weekends, so we aim to be available exactly when you need us most. We understand the frustration of not being able to fully access the old site after account expiration, but as an auction chair you should still be able to download and export donor info, user info, sales info, and more. We've recently added more ability for your team to edit unpaid invoices. As for integrating with your CRM, there are so many great CRM options out there, we simply don't have the resources to integrate with all of them. But please reach out to our support team before your next event and ask them to explain how you can use supporter tracking numbers to export and import data from your CRM to your event site and back. They'll be happy to help!

I really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. In terms of adding pictures to your outgoing emails, our software does allow you to add banner images or logos to the email header and footer, but we don't currently support adding images to the body of the email templates.
