
The Fundraising Platform is pretty easy to use once you learn it. Updates are always being made and you guys seem to listen to customer feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Go back to dedicated sales reps for customers. It was easier, better service, more personable. Didn't always have to explain everything to each person you speak to. Also, offer the ability to always be able to sort supporters by last name. When trying to pair people up for bidder number sharing in Event Supporters, you should be able to sort by last name. This would make it so much easier. Also would love the ability to be able to reclass donations - if a donor made a purchase, but later decided they wanted it to be a donation instead of a purchase, the ability to reallocate it would be helpful. Often, sponsors accidentally pay as a donation, but then I cannot move it. It skews my analytics.
Also in the P2P platform, it would be so helpful if it were more like the fundraising platform for reporting and data analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
