Backup Radar is easy to integrate with various backup solutions such as Azure, Veeam, ShadowCraft, Datto BCDR, AvePoint, and many more.
The key feature is that you can monitor the status of all clients (Success/Warning/Failure) and their current status from one portal.
I review all clients’ backup statuses daily, and whenever we need assistance, the support team is always available. Additionally, the last email received on Backup Radar can be reviewed directly on the Backup Radar portal without accessing the client VM or server.
Implementaion and use is very and stright forward. If any client’s backup fails, an email is sent to the respective email ID, and the failure status is also displayed on the Backup Radar all-client backup status page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Backup Radar to avoid having to go to multiple portals. It helps streamline checking our backups and saves us a few minutes a day, which is hours in the long run. We do not use it much, but it has numerous other features. We use Backup Radar every day, and it is easy to just sign in and check the backups. Wenn man nicht viel mit Standards bei seinen Kunden arbeitet, wird es sehr aufwändig, das Produkt einzurichten.

We have so many backup solutions, having Backup Radar pulls everything into one Pane of Glass for us to look at and resovle any issues. It was very easy to implement and they had a support rep on as many calls as we needed during the implementation process. The integration with Datto and Azure backups was seemless. With over 400 backup jobs, Backup Radar is a must have to quickly see what needs attention without having to login to multiple different systems to check them by hand.
Login and check the status at least once a week, unless there has been a failure or issue and then the automated email generates a support ticket to have a look at it sooner.
If the very few off times that support was needed, it was super fast (even over a holiday period), very helpful and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside that I can think of would be when you are first learning to activate a backup job, the settings aren't always self explainitory or intuitive, some additional tooltips or even some exampls would be nice, but once you have done a few and know what everything does, it isn't much of a downside after that. The dashboards make it so easy to at a glance see everything across multiple backup landscapes.
The reports give a great overview of success or fail.
The setup and configuration is so easy to do.
The backup reports are very easy to schedule and work like a dream for everyday reporting and month end reports.

Backup Radar manages the backup alerts from you, making the tickets, and closing the tickets once the ticket is solved manually or automatically. Integrating with your backup systems is straightforward, with 1 day to install and 3 to love it. Great customer support that will help you any time you need. I have a large number of clients I need to monitor, each device that is monitored is encapsulated very usefully as I can get all the information I need about the errors/successes about the backup in one place. It has also been very intuative adding new monitoring into backup radar. I use backup radar among other software everyday and it is by far the easiest to navigate and use. The only gripe I have with Backup Radar is the long loading time on the dashboard. The experience would be perfect if this loading time was a little shorter as it would allow me to visualise the scale of the errors before I need to begin working on them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having a single, easy-to-read report daily that summarises various integrated backup platforms across all our MSP customers. The ability to automate ticket creation and resolution for backup issues. Notably, the ability to create tickets on our PSA where no alert (failure or success) is received within the expected schedule also allows us to address issues that alerting doesn't flag up.
