We have a single pane of glass view across all the backup jobs for all of our clients. Whether the customer is in Spanning, Acronis, Veeam, or Azure, we can monitor, as well as report on the backup jobs. The automated reporting features to our customers are super handy and valuable. I cannot say that there is something I dislike. On the odd occasion when something does not work as expected, we always have a dedicated and professional support team ready to assist in getting our issues resolved. The platform is extremely easy to use with extremely good cusotmer support when there are any issues.
