The search feature is incredibly accurate in finding REAL people who match exactly what I’m looking for. I’ve tried countless other tools and even searched platforms manually, but nothing comes close to SARAL. It nailed it! I even tested it with specific influencers in mind, used the filters, and they always appeared on the list—amazing.

The process of adding influencers to your list and automating outreach is seamless. Yash, SARAL's founder, has produced a ton of content for users within the SARAL platform itself. The content and frameworks they've included in their platform basically coach you through your outreach journey. When you're done learning from Yash's content, you'll immediately feel a lot more confident in your outreach capability. The platform itself is quite intuitive and easy to navigate. The default outreach email templates don't sound like they're written by some AI, so they're more likely to be engaged with by influencers. The support team at SARAL are even better. They're in start-up phase at the moment, so they're very open to feedback, and there's always new features being built off the back of that feedback.

For a small business, SARAL doesn't have any lock in contracts (unlike other influencer outreach platforms that always try to lock you in to long-term 12month contracts). This is hugely beneficial for our business as are in this turbulent period of scaling (we don't want the risk of having to commit for 12 months). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although SARAL is great for small businesses, it gets a little tricky for Agencies managing multiple clients. The API integrations are designed to feature a single business only. For instance, if we are managing 5 Shopify stores, I can only integrate one of these stores with the SARAL API integration. I believe that a solution for this is on their roadmap, however.

Because we're an agency, it makes things a little more manual. We're doing outreach for a number of clients, not just one.

There is no option to export lists of creators OUT of the SARAL platform, so there's some time-consuming 'copy & pasting' going on when we're trying to manage influencers/creators across different clients.

So in a nutshell, i think there are two areas to work on:

1. allowing multiple brand integrations, especially for Agencies as the users of SARAL

2. allow list export to CSV or Google Sheets to manage

For me, these are the biggest hurdles – and if they can rectify that, it'd almost be the perfect Agency SaaS partner for influencer marketing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Saral makes influencer outreach easier with its filtering options. We were able to narrow down by country, niche, and other demographics and it has saved us a lot of time in the whole process.

Their automated email follow-ups are also a great addition. It's pretty hard to keep track of all the conversations especially when you are sending emails to a lot of people, but Saral helps with these tasks. They are also able to provide real-time tracking updates to keep influencers in the loop on their package's whereabouts.

The support team has also been helpful. I love that they were more than willing to initiate a strategy call to improve our acceptance rates. They truly care about the success of our company's influencer marketing.

We evaluated many influencer management plaforms, and SARAL was the only one that met all of our needs from discovery to affiliate management. While there is a lot of top of funnel functionality within the platform, some of the more affiliate management focused tools are integrations with other third party apps, but I know that many of these things are on the roadmap and will be delivered within the platform in a few months! SARAL does exactly what it claims to do - extremely effective influencer CRM. Their team is consistently improving what is an already extremely effective and efficient tool.

The feature I use the most and find the most value out of is their relationship management. It's like a supercharged spreadsheet that's fully integrated with the major social media platforms. It makes things very dynamic and cuts down on so much wasted time.

Other tools that I consistently use and bring value are the triggered email flows, one-click shipments inside the platform via their Shopify integration, and post tracking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their discovery tool is solid but sometimes have to dig a while to find what I'm looking for. Not sure any software out there has this totally nailed (I've used a ton). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was very new to influencer/creator marketing so all of the videos and meetings with the team have been a huge help to me as we've gotten off the ground. The searching for creators and managing them in email lists has been INCREDIBLE. As a solopreneur having all of my influencer channel being managed in one place has increased my productivity massively. My only negatives from my SARAL experience have been around some small tech issues. Gmail's come through a bit delayed and sometimes creator info is off but these are very minor things and to be expected as the team is building this awesome platform as we speak. It's ability to easily find and build lists of Influencers. The outreach, follow up, and automated email campaigns it lets you create are also massive time savers. They even have a built in algorithm for sending so you dont get put in spam folders. They are incredibly helpful with implementation and will get on calls with you and make sure you are following best practices or will fix issues as they come up. Some API features get buggy from time to time, it's the same with any software like this that has to work with APIs. luckily the team is always reachable and fast in implementing fixes. I dont like that the social listening tool is not yet active because that would be a huge time saver, it is coming though in the near future! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far I'm loving the ease of use of the dashboard. SARAL has a lot of different educational resources to look at when you're in a rut which I highly appreciate, and I would say that their customer is very good. This is the first time I've used a platform like this, so going from manual search through IG or TikTok, this has been life-changing. I have had a few issues with SARAL regarding the updating of email histories from Gmail to the dashboard, there have been multiple times when this has not worked. Other than that, I think the time it takes to get demographics is a little high, and sometimes the creator profiles aren't fully up to date with current metrics. We can easily manage every aspect of our influencer marketing program, from finding influencers/creators to reaching out and onboarding them into structured campaigns to get all their content at one place and to analyze stats and send paiements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
