What do you like best about SARAL?

Saral has made a big difference in how I manage our affiliate program as this is the main tool I use daily. Before using it, a lot of the work was spread across spreadsheets and different tools, which made things harder to keep track of and more time-consuming than it needed to be.

It didn't take long to get everything set up and running. There were a few bumps when integrating things but overall not a challenge. Now everything sits in one place, from outreach to tracking replies and managing creators — which makes the whole process feel much more streamlined. It’s easier to stay on top of conversations and keep things moving without losing track.

I also like that it gives a clear overview of where each creator is in the process (relationships tab), which makes managing relationships and follow-ups a lot more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SARAL?

There are still some areas that could be smoother. The platform can occasionally be a bit buggy, and certain features don’t always feel fully developed yet.

There have been several issues and some tools are helpful in theory but could be improved to make them more reliable or easier to use in practice.

That said, the team has been genuinely great to work with. Anytime I’ve raised an issue (and I’ve raised quite a few), they’ve been quick to respond, helpful, and actually follow through on fixing things. What do you like best about SARAL?

If you’re a perfectionist who wants everything to go exactly your way, this might not be the tool for you. SARAL isn’t flawless — and yes, we’ve had our fair share of hiccups.

That said, what keeps this at a 4-star experience for me is the human side. The team does listen. They take feedback seriously, try to improve based on it, and genuinely care about your long-term success — which is rare. The interface is clean, the most important features are getting better, and their roadmap reflects that they’re growing with their users in mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SARAL?

If you like full control over every step — automated flows, intricate segmentation, guaranteed inbox deliverability — this isn’t the tool for you. You’ll need some patience, a willingness to follow up manually, and flexibility in your expectations.

While the roadmap is promising, certain things you’d expect from a more mature platform — like deeper analytics, multichannel performance views, or multiple advanced automations — are still either limited or in development.

What do you dislike about SARAL?

There are some email replies from email drips that occasionally don't make it to Saral, so we've learned we need to check our connected inboxes as well to make sure no one falls through the cracks. The way the inbox is organized is one of my least favorite features tho. It'd be great to be able to save filtered views, verses adjusting each time entering the platform. What do you like best about SARAL?

Saral has made my life so much easier when it comes to managing influencer campaigns. I used to rely on Excel sheets to organize creators and track everything, but now it’s all in one place. I can easily find new creators, message them, send contracts, and get them onboarded without jumping between tools. My favorite part is being able to review content right inside Saral. It saves so much time. I also just started using the new social listening feature and love that I can track brand mentions too. One thing I’ve noticed is that sometimes there are still some technical bugs, but I’ve already seen a lot of improvement. What do you like best about SARAL?

The CRM features, discovery, and inbox keyboard shortcuts are all quite useful. I find the templates to be intuitive, which makes communicating much easier.
