Saral has made a big difference in how I manage our affiliate program as this is the main tool I use daily. Before using it, a lot of the work was spread across spreadsheets and different tools, which made things harder to keep track of and more time-consuming than it needed to be.
It didn't take long to get everything set up and running. There were a few bumps when integrating things but overall not a challenge. Now everything sits in one place, from outreach to tracking replies and managing creators — which makes the whole process feel much more streamlined. It’s easier to stay on top of conversations and keep things moving without losing track.
I also like that it gives a clear overview of where each creator is in the process (relationships tab), which makes managing relationships and follow-ups a lot more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are still some areas that could be smoother. The platform can occasionally be a bit buggy, and certain features don’t always feel fully developed yet.
There have been several issues and some tools are helpful in theory but could be improved to make them more reliable or easier to use in practice.
That said, the team has been genuinely great to work with. Anytime I’ve raised an issue (and I’ve raised quite a few), they’ve been quick to respond, helpful, and actually follow through on fixing things.
