What do you like best about SAP Customer Data Platform?

We wanted to expand our growth opportunities by providing highly tailored suggestions on each page for our visitors, using SAP CDP, we can put these recommendations in multiple ways based on different page layouts and target consumers with the most relevant goods connected to their searches. We also utilize the welcome bar to notify users of crucial updates, shipping information, and other information, even yet, the CR and AOV rose as a result. Another aspect of SAP CDP that was important to us was dynamic segmentation of our customers from different countries, this may appear to be a basic notion, but it was something that no other supplier had previously provided us, furthermore, A/B testing allowed us to test multiple aspects and campaigns and activate the top performing ones to further boost our conversion rate. 1. The first time user setup on new sytem gives hard time to the user.
