I love how SaneBox manages all the clutter in my e-mail inboxes by catching unimportant mail and filtering it into other folders, and it also flags important e-mails for my quick response. Since using it, I've saved at least 5 hours each week because I don't have to manually manage my inbox. The extra time I save allows me to spend more time on other activities. I like that SaneBox works based on rules. The rules are clear and essentially based on the sender. This makes it easy, as you decide once where a sender belongs, and then it works very reliably. As is often the case, the greatest strength is the greatest weakness. It would of course be nice if SaneBox could also recognize the content of the emails.
