Sana Labs has been an important upside for Alan, especially for our Sales & Care community. The platform's ability to facilitate tailored training has enhanced our team's expertise. We've developed customized courses that resonate with our needs, and the AI-assisted content creation has been a standout feature, allowing us to build courses with ease and efficiency. The AI's ability to auto-generate questions, polls, and key takeaways has been particularly powerful, saving us time and ensuring we can leverage those trainings beyond Sana.
Additionally, the client management and support provided by the Sana Labs team have been nothing short of amazing. They've been instrumental in helping us move forward on various topics. Their responsiveness and willingness to help us tailor the platform to our needs have been invaluable in creating a continuous learning environment that empowers Alaners. There is room for improvement in certain areas.
For instance, the dashboard and analytics features could be more intuitive and provide deeper insights, the team is working on it.
We also see a potential for Sana Labs to enhance the content creation process, which is not always intuitive for Alaners and require trainings, as well as our integration with daily tools (using slack rather than email for ex).
Enhancing these aspects of the platform would undoubtedly elevate the user experience and provide even greater value to our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the interactive features. I can click on links that a presenter is showing within a presentation and can immediately go to the link. I love the one word answers you can give to questions and have everyone's responses flow on the screen. I love the scorecards function in which you can flip the cards during a presentation. The quality of the audio and visuals is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I currently do not see a downside to using Sana over other meeting tools. It far outranks the other meeting collaboration tool that I have used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think it would be easier to list what I don't like about it, but I'll add below a few that I found to be extra beneficial for me and my team:
- best support I've ever seen. From the moment we first approached Sana to be our new LMS provider, throughout the implementation and go live, they've been assisting us every step of the way. The team we've worked with dispalyed not only impresive product knwoledge, but the ammount of recommendations they've made, help solve our challenges and facilitate our ramp up with the platoform, have been nothing short of perfect.
- finally an LMS that looks, feels and works like it's been built this decade. The interface is simply put - beeautiful, the features from AI copilots, to interactivity and ease of development are like nothing I've seen during our research stage. And don't get me started about the insights - finally a platform we you can build the reports you need and actually make it easier for people to access. No more spending hours building reports in Excel.
- the implementation team has been instrumental for us to get things done and make Sana fit our organization's needs. Shoutout to Anna, Miruna, Michelle & Muhammad, you've been and continue to be amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not much but a few nitpicky things I would've liked include:
- more freedom when it comes to text & layout. While there are tons of bewutifully built templates and cards, sometimes I miss being able to use HTML to build custom text boxes
- tables are bit clunky and hard to edit
- text & image alignment could benefit from some work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sana makes everything easier. The platform is super intuitive, and finding information is effortless. The AI-driven search is amazing. It pulls up exactly what I need in seconds. Plus, it works great as a learning platform, so no extra hassle with other third party tools. The quiz sections ensure long lasting learning effects, and the whole experience feels smooth and well-designed. Honestly, if you need a smart, reliable knowledge platform, this is it. Highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Sana is a great platform, there are a few areas that could be improved. When making a mistake during a quiz that doesnt allow a single mistake you have to click through the whole exam before being able to repeat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sana's user-friendly interface makes it easy to build and customize courses with various formats like videos, texts, and infographics. The platform offers a smooth, interactive experience that keeps the audience engaged, and the integration of different tools allows for creating dynamic and comprehensive training sessions. While Sana is excellent in many aspects, there are occasional performance lags when adding multiple complex media types, which can slow down the course-building process. Additionally, more options for interactive elements would further enhance user engagement and learning outcomes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has been built by people who really understand learning. Its capabilities are numerous, as you have a wide variety of features that can be implemented to create content for a range of learning objectives and inititiatives.
it is smooth and reactive for end users as well. Sometimes learning platforms that do a lot, can be weighed down by this, and appear slow from a users perspective.
Finally, the agency/autonomy that it gives end users to create content is amazing. This opens up endless lists of possibilities for cuomised learning journeys both in content creation and interactive live spaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The live space is most likely developed for startups or scale up companies, where the majority of learners would have a new apple laptop and guaranteed high speed connection. However many big companies went online during covid and are still catching up with quality of tech and internet set up in the post covid more virtual age. MS teams and Zoom cater for this perfectly, but there are many issues in the Sana live space with regards to audio/visual quality, which is such a shame beacuse the live space is so interactive and engaging. This makes if difficult to really sell the live space to learners as an alternative to the tried, tested and trusted alternatives.
As there are so many features to explore, this upside can create a downside, in that the resources for support on the back end setup, whilst avialble, are not quality, in that videos are usually very short and articles can be text heavy.
A better approach would be to have pathways of learning for each feature. Such as Creating a programme step, staggrered assignments step 2 etc. I know this is supported in live sessions, but it needs to be there in an asynchronous format too.
However, since strating this feedback the Sana team has done amamzing work in integrating Sana now with MS Teams, which allowsus to use the interactive cards in Sana whilist jumping into MS Teams, our prefered video conferenecing tool. Thsi integration was traeted as a priortiy and we were communicated on the progress every step of the way. Great work fromo an awesome team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's much to say about Sana's overall functionality, but let me highlight some things that helped me throughout the way.
One would be how we can easily use Sana and how we're able to easily navigate it after its implementation.
I also like how we're now taking our courses with Sana. With its clean design format that's less confusing to users or should I say "we don't get lost when using it".
Sana creates a seamless integration of product updates, refreshers, and mandatory courses.
Lastly, I love how it's so interactive with its flip cards and quizzes. Also providing a topic's corresponding notion page where users can dive more into Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although I like how Sana's clean design is, maybe it's better to improve the powerpoint-like style.
Other than that, I can't think of anything that I could've disliked about Sana. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is user-friendly, and the ability to include multimedia elements like images and voiceovers makes it versatile. The platform provides valuable insights into learner progress, helping track and improve performance effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform can be a bit glitchy at times, with occasional freezing and overwhelming notifications. Integrating it with existing systems can be challenging, and the content library could be broader. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
AI integration;
Easy course creation;
Intuitive UX;
Excellent customer service and support;
Great partnership approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lack of editing options in course creator, many features are unavailable and has to be done outside of the platform using 3rd party providers.
Smart Group creation sometimes can be confusing.
Had some hick ups with Bamboo integration API.
Sana Live sometimes does not record and it is difficult to make Sana Live session available to people who have not been part of the session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how seamless the user interface is. The overall experience of using the website makes it easy for anyone of any age to navigate throughout the portal. I really like how the side bar's font is legible. It isn't too big or too little and the text boldness isn't too heavy. The fact that all the relevant programs that are due soon are located at the very top of the homepage is very convenient and something that I did not expect at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The first downside I encountered were issues with my initial log-in. The other issue I would state would just be the amount of information that is given in each program. I feel like the training would run a lot smoother if the information was more concise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've experienced Sana from the perspective of an end user, its configuration it's impressive with its level of flexibility and scalability. The ability to plan out an entire course, unlocking content gradually based on dates, along with interactive features like asking questions to ensure clarity and leaving feedback. It's perfect for scenarios like onboarding new employees or conducting internal training sessions among others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Sana does have its downsides, they're relatively minor and not "deal-breakers". Occasionally, it can be a bit confusing to locate your currently open courses, and for first-time users, the mix of live meetings and asynchronous steps within the same course can be confusing. Improving the user experience in this regard could certainly enhance the platform's usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
