I think it's pretty easy to use, to navigate through all the presentations and to see where you are in the different paths / which one are mandatory or not and so on.

I really enjoyed the friendly but professional experience with both digging in to see if 360L was the best fit for our business as well as getting it off the ground and implemented for our learners.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I can't say there was anything in particular that I disliked about my 360L experience, but of course no company is perfect. One opportunity may be to provide users with a quick way to provide feedback around their experience/submit suggestions.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360L has provided our business with in-depth looks at learner data that allows us to make strategic decisions in the business. Additionally, the communal learning has been great and it makes it so easy for users to provide feedback around the content. Furthermore, the days of emailing documents back-and-forth between SMEs is gone! Now we just create a collaborative project, reducing the time to create content significantly.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Implementing 360learning is not limited to a software implementation project with a mere translation of content to a more digital format.  Instead, the tool and the support team focus on an integral approach allowing you, as a company, to move your training approach and material towards a much higher level, taking into account new trends in learning and personal growth. The platform is still evolving and this growth is exactly what makes the platform even more promising. 

It goes without saying, that the platform in and of itself of course also offers most of the requirements our L&D department needs for training and managerial purposes. Furthermore, we have noticed that the 360 team pays special attention to gathering feedback and allowing open and constructive discussion about possible missing features or unexpected behaviours. This would allow any company to design the workflow most applicable for their teams.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Centralizing and streamlining content creation, currently possible via numerous online tools and options, to the options integrated into 360learning is a point to take into consideration. For our team, this meant a slight shift in tools to use. Further growth would however allow for more integrations or options with regard to content display.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have digitized all our trainings and are now able to provide hybrid, well-organized trainings to the entire company. Furthermore, we fully manage our training calendar and any communication w.r.t. L&D from the 360learning platform. These two aspects combined have resulted in full transparency about our training approach and allow our people to become more invested in their personal development possibilities at our company.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

360 Learning is a real easy-to-use platform. 

What we like the most is that the 360 Learning teams keep working / editing the platform so our learners can benefit from a nice user experience which gives a thoughtful access to our content. In the same way, the fact that the platform has several partnerships with appreciated creation tools really help to improve and offer modern content to our learners.

Since our use is mainly internal, we do appreciate that the dashboards and statistics are easy to exploit !

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Even if the 360L teams gives qualitative content to have a better understanding (communications, elearning modules, support teams etc.) of their new functionalities, the beta phasis of their functionnalities might last a couple months. In the end, even if the developement of new functionnalities respond to our real user needs, it might be difficult to promote them to our learners.

Beside this point, we are really satisfied of the platform.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning allows us to internally create content focusing on our activities' needs or on a larger scale transversal topics that remain important in our company. These contents are then promoted to our learners, mainly sales representative target.

Since we use 360 Learning, we have been to establish a full eLearning integration journey (monthly delivered to our new workers) that goes hand in hand with a presential program. This way, we have a complete approach to ensure that our learners have a full understanding of their activity and get all the keys to succeed in their missions.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

360 Learning is very easy to learn, the interface is simple to use and instinctive. Updates are made regularly and it is pleasant to discover new features that make the tool even more interactive. If we have any questions, the support team is very responsive and we appreciate the follow up by the sales team, many thanks to Anna :)

Since we have been using 360 Learning, we have been able to create personalised training paths adapted to all profiles. We have integrated our onboarding and the initial training of our teams in blended-learning. The training is dynamic and fun! As regards the ongoing training of our teams, we regularly deploy new courses, which enables our employees to improve their skills. All the company's departments use it and everyone recommends it

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The integration of our teams does not fit perfectly because we have a specific organisation. 

Our teams sometimes get lost because there is too much content. 

With the updates, it takes a while to find the tabs.

We would like to simplify the reading of the statistics and integrate the automatic dismissal of courses if the completion rate or the score is low.

Simplify the interface for the user and set up an automatic sending system if the training is not assimilated

We were able to improve our onboarding and training processes. The teams are better received and the processes better integrated. Managers can access statistics and monitor progress individually

Social Learning is so powerful. I love the simplicity of the tool: anyone can create content, modules and training path. No need to be a high level HR consultant or Digital Engineer. The solution makes it quick, simple, agile. At a very reasonable cost. And the team is great, it is a pleasure to share experiences and findings with them. They are open to feedback, with a continuous learning mindset.

Well ... as any tool there are things to improve but nothing significant. Support is well organized. Issues or specific needs are addressed quickly.

With 360L we observed multiple benefits: (1) We significantly improved efficiency in Onboarding, Learning, Knowledge management and Change management. I would like to have "template options" when creating a cheat sheet within the content box. The LMS gives you suggestions, but it would be nice to have a set of "tried and true" samples to choose from and edit.

The 360Learning platform allows us to conduct mandatory training for staff in a manner that is efficient and convenient for them. No longer do we have to close down the office and ask employees to come in on their day off throughout the year. They can simply log in via desktop or mobile device and access materials whenever, wherever!

While 360Learning makes training readily available for staff, it can be a challenge for those who are not tech-savvy. There is a noticeable difference in user experience when accessing the platform via desktop or mobile app.

I like that 360 Learning allows me to easily add important modules grown from within our talented team and seamlessly connect to learning platforms such as Udemy for Business to connect all employees.

I dislike Program Templates and Sessions. That dislike has been assuaged through Paths, but if adding and building paths were even more simple, like let's say Udemy's process flow, would mean a lot.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The platform guides you into making your content more structured and creative. It makes you want to use different types of content (videos, text with pictures, questions..). It also encourages coworkers to work together on a common topic and learners to actively engage with the learning materials, share their thoughts and get a conversation going.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The feedback I received from my learners is that the platform does not have a great User Experience design. For example, I've sometimes had to show them where to sign up or start a course. Regarding the data shown on reports and statistics, I wish there were more options/filters to better analyze how people are progressing towards finishing their courses. For example, showing me who I need to follow up with  (and on what courses) at a glance.

It's a great way to introduce the company, its processes and its tools to new hires, make learning materials more accessible and test people's knowledge. It also is a good tool to communicate on new projects

A simple to use platform
The functionalities were obviously very important to us and the seriousness of the tool was demonstrated to us. 

We had the opportunity to test the platform to see if it met our expectations and the test was conclusive.

The strong point is the responsiveness of the customer support always attentive and listening. The ease of use on the learning part is very intuitive.

We use the platform for our clients and the feedback is very satisfactory.

In terms of navigation within the modules, there are sometimes some complications. Beyond that I am satisfied with the use of 360Learning

We can access our customers( who are distributors), to help them get to know our products with a large deployment in a desynchronized way. It is for us a real demutliplication of information to our customers, the gain in time and productivity has been considerable. Our distributors were able to gain competence very easily.


We would never have been able to deploy and put our distributors in contact with our products in such a quantative way.

A very simple platform to use and very easy to understand.
The support is very attentive and there are many options for upgrading your skills.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Sometimes, some of my employees may be a little apprehensive about the tool, as it's new to them, but the instantaneous nature of the connection and setting up the learners is simple. Once my employees are on the platform, it is easy for them to navigate 360learning.

I would have liked to have more information on the new features, maybe setting up a newsletter on the new features could allow us to know the updates.

I would like to have a better data on my trainings, maybe a feedback on some old features would be interesting.

It is a very useful and evolving platform that meets our training requirements. easy to use

As an administrator, I have noticed that the employees have an easy access to the learning path.

I was looking for a user-friendly LMS, with a fun interface to promote adoption and learner engagement. I found it with 360 learning :)

More evolution requests than things we dislike, like for instance:
- Collecting feedback on an entire path instead of module per module
- Setting up a pre-assessment to assign automatically the learner to the right course

We have greatly increased the number of people trained while maintaining a high level of quality, with the same team. We can train efficiently many learners online and focus team members on value-added tasks, guaranteeing quality and engagement.

The interface is very user friendly like a social network! The paths offer several possibilities, especially the linear or non-linear aspect. Gamification allows us to get feedback on our trainings - we know if our learners understood the value of our trainings (I like it, I learned something etc...)
It's very easy to create modules, being a historical customer, we really saw the improvements of the platform.
The administrative and statistical side, as well as the dashboards are simple to use. Our use is mainly internal today.
The major evolution concerning the catalogs is very appreciated, it is a real plus.

Concerning the catalog, the classification by theme is done by visibility. It would be nice to be able to choose the themes we want to put forward.

Internal users are free and autonomous on the platform, the adoption was done very quickly.
Before, when learners created content, they were on power point, I didn't have a view on what they were doing. We have a real sharing of knowledge regarding the authors.
We have gained a lot of visibility.
The platform is very user-friendly, the navigation is straightforward and intuitive. Gamification on the user side is very important for us, especially to get data and analytics.
Concerning the knowledge base, it is complete. 
The customer service is fast and precise = the clarity of the answers is very satisfactory.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

On the reporting and statistics side, I can be fine on a group and a session, however for a global vision it's a bit harder to have visibility.
Concerning the creation tools, a little more freedom would be nice.
I have visibility on the roadmap and I know that they are working to integrate our improvements! All the new features will help us to solve these points!

We have allowed non-specialized users (engineers & technicals consultants for example) to create content, and for administrators who are not used to LMS to manage educational content.

I started as a learner five years ago and then as an administrator. I have seen a lot of progress while being at the helm of the 360Learning project at Michelin. We use the platform from an LCMS perspective.
We liked the ease of use at the beginning.
Regular release to update and  take into account the needs of the client.
Considerable evolution to take into account the translation functionality.
Evolution of program and path to take into account the possibility to have linear or non linear reading, and  mandatory or not.
 Engagement Adacemy : courses available for training about the platform.

The support on line  is  well documented, 

Gamification :  quiz, "badge"/trophee, challenge ... are good points.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Big change in the Homepage has lost learner, even if we well prepared the learners of this new home page. (change management is always difficult)
From my point of view I find the platform intuitive, however some learners may find that the tool is not necessarily intuitive: the role side, group, some navigation points as well as the accesses may sometimes take time to assimilate.
We know that these features have a big advantage (groups for example) .

Mobile learning : we would like to have a  better preview of the result on mobile device during the step of design of training.

Since the new Home page, and the new display of modules, and dashboard I am a little bit lost: I need to re-find my way.
Many new updates: however we would like to have more visibility on them.

360Learning offers a fun and easy-to-use learning solution. Learners appreciate the diversity of the courses and their design, as well as the exchange forum to ask questions about the modules. As for the creation of modules, it is very simple and collaborative. It allows to include a large number of animations which is very appreciable. The platform also facilitates teamwork through its project management tools, and numerous statistics are available to analyze the quality of the training and measure employees' commitment. The tool is globally very complete.

Many updates are underway on the platform, which may lose some users. But as an administrator, we receive very complete emails to help us understand these changes. Moreover, the new homepage is much more user-friendly.

Previously, we had difficulty offering the same training to all of our employees due to the geographic distance of some of them, and the time required to deploy training was quite significant. Now, thanks to 360 Learning, our employees have access to training as soon as they take up their positions, guaranteeing a rapid rise in skills in their jobs. By digitizing training, the platform allows us to respond to learning needs in real-time, which is essential in a fast-moving industry like recruitment.

As an administrator, it's easy to get started, you don't have to be a training or design expert to create quality content.

My team is not very tech friendly but everything was very simple to implement.

Administrating the platform is an easy task as the tools are pretty intuitive. 

The statistics are very clear and it allows me to generate strong key information and  extracting interesting data in a simple way.

The solution is turnkey, sometimes we would like to improve some features such as: statistics to be able to display elements by default, the translation tool could be a little more ergonomic too.

However, we know that we can give feedback and that 360Learning is open to modifications.

What we like the most is that the promise is fulfilled, we can create content easily with a strong added value in terms of user experience with quality content with an exceptional time saving.

Regarding content creation, the integration of new templates could be interesting, even if 360Learning offers integrations I am not myself a user of other tools in-house. 

Especially on the video part, it would be desirable to facilitate the integration of videos can be more detailed on the video editing directly on 360Learning.

The onboarding of new employees is a key point that we have been able to improve.
