The product is extremely robust and tightly integrated with our ERP, SAP Business One. The training materials are extremely well thought out and easy to follow. The SANA team is timely, professional, and fun to work with. While doing custom development, the SANA team was great at communicating unintended consequences. I wish there were an easier way to manage pictures/images. The file explorer is easy to use (preview options, download, delete, etc.), but since we have over 1k items on our SANA webstore, it's can be extremely difficult to search/find a random image. There are a lot of factors that make it different in the market. Firstly the support it offers to its customers from tech to operations. I also like the fact that there is no set up cost.
