The network access fee is a nominal fee used to cover the costs associated with maintaining and improving our network infrastructure which our customers rely on to be robust and available. This fee allows for ongoing investments in hardware, software and security. SambaSafety regularly evaluates fees and is committed to developing and adopting a standardized practice for price increases.

If you would like each state to work like an enrollment state, we offer the ability to order an MVR at the time of enrollment to simulate that behavior. Today, we limit our enrollment states to those that require it in order to save our customers money on MVRs that aren't strictly required. That way, customers can make the decision on whether they want to order any additional MVRs. Feel free to reach out to your Customer Success Manager for additional assistance.
