I like that there are a number of tools to help you with anything if you get stuck in the Knowledge Center. Creating and downloading reports as well as making item lists is easy. Sometimes when importing files or uploading data, the system is slow or lagging because there are a number of other imports queued ahead of you. Also the maintenance times are not always the best time for me to get in there and do what I need to do because the entire website goes down for those updates.
