When reviewing sales enablement tools, we wanted to set up our team for success by creating an easy workflow. Salesvue being native to Salesforce allows just that by keeping our reps within Salesforce by working and updating the records directly. On top of the easy install and implementation, Trevor and Nicole are always there ready to answer any and all questions. There are a lot of things to report on and could be distracted by reviewing not the most important info. Instead of asking for help, we tried to figure out on our own, but Trevor and Nicole immediately jumped into help lead us in the correct direction. Salesvue has been great to work with over the past two years. We did a thorough evaluation of the Sales Engagement space and it was clear that Salesvue was the right pick for us since we're in the heavily regulated Financial Services space.
Nicole and Trevor, from their client success team, have been excellent resources and have helped us immensely throughout the past several years.
We now have all of our Internal and External Wholesalers leveraging Salesvue and their entire sales process is tied to Salesvue helping create better visibility to leadership and streamlining how the wholesalers go about their day to day efforts to grow their territories. The effeciency and the ease of using the site. I thought that i was doing a great job with planning and completing tasks, but this has added more structure. The salesvue plans have also saved me time when it comes to planning future tasks. I log in each day and i know exactly what is ahead of me for the day.
Salesvue works perfectly alongside Salesforce and allows you to seamlessly use both. I use this everyday andit only took a couple days to get comfortable with it. I was previously using an excel spreadsheet that was basically my "Bible", and i have ditched that completely with the use of Salesvue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The initial set up was my only setback, and it was simply because i was hesitant from being so used to doing it another way. The adjustment period did not take long. The Sales process and onboarding have been great. Adam was great to work with on the Salesside and made the decision very easy since my company was just migrating over to Salesforce. Throughout the onboarding process I can not say enough about working with Nicole. Not only has she been very professional and a pleasure to work with but she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is set up the correct way taking the heavy lift off of our team. The team at Salesvue is excellent. They have been very hands-on during the strategy formulation stage and have taken the administrative burden off of our team. The platform took minimal time to install in our Salesforce Sandbox.
The platform is easy to use from the implementation side of things. Setting up a cadence is simple, and the Salesvue folks help along the way. Our organization is still in the implementation phase and have yet to roll out, but I don't foresee any problems. Through the onboarding and now a year plus into using the product the support has been excellent! Anytime we reach out with a simple question we generally get an answer the same day.
The product itself is excellent. In a lot of similar systems, we've used a have been a black box with very little visibility into how things are scheduled. We Salesvue being SF native have been able to customize our implementation to meet our needs well. It means you get to keep all the hard work you do to configure salesforce pages that are useful for your org. The out-of-the-box tools for things like field updates are very handy.

I would love to see Salesvuew embrace the ability to trigger screen flows off of call results. Salesforce is putting all of it's admin development effort into flow and that tool has become very powerful. It would be great to launch users into flow from a call result.
I would love to see some of the vertical space used better. After the salesforce nav bar and the Salesvue bar, there is only about half a normal sized screen left for the Salesforce page layout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration within Salesforce and being able to build flows around specific updates that Salesvue pushes has really helped us taylor this application into our sales plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have a had a couple instances of some things that were a little buggy. However, there team is very responsive and can typically get them wrapped with a sense of urgency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our CS representative is a gem. It seems like Nichole is the one holding this software company together on her own! I would work with her again where-ever she goes in a heartbeat...as long as it's not here... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system seemed to break down in a new and creative way every time we added a plan. We could not clone plans without major problems, and Nicole's intervention. It got so bad with various issues in SalesVue, that we had to create an internal spreadsheet to track how these issues were being solved. If Nicole was out for any reason (understand this...she does have a life after all), we knew we wouldn't hear back for days if at all.
Most crucially, we were told this would load inbound leads from Salesforce automatically to ensure a fast response. I'm a big believer in speed to lead. When we purchased, we were told this would work unconditionally. Initially, we were told the problem was we needed an API package from SalesForce. If we just had that we could have leads automatically uploaded. They assured us the problem would be resolved when we told them we had the API package.
Then Salesvue came back and told us no, we needed to upgrade our SalesForce plan. That they only had this capability for Enterprise plans. We hadn't changed our SalesForce plan since we purchased SalesVue. They knew from the beginning what we had. Seven months after purchasing SalesVue we were told that "We are currently in the process of building an Edition of Salesvue that will work for Platform users, as we have other customers in a similar situation."
It's a known issue and they seem to be selling a capability that they just don't have.
The reporting has been inconsistent and indecipherable. We want to track call duration, some calls have it, some do not, with no apparent pattern. In addition, they have no solution to fix it.
SalesVue has been so bad, that we went and purchased SalesLoft, at a higher cost, with time still left on our SalesVue contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We recently signed on with Salesvue and have had a wonderful experience. Everything from the initial demo with Adam, to the onboarding with Nicole and team has been seamless. They tailor every conversation to our company and understand our specific needs. They have been able to address our pain points with specific solutions and guide us through the process.
