Nothing much. We ran a free trial, but can't cancel subscirption now. They forced us to enter a credit card to run free trial, we didn't like it. We want to cancel but we can't. And they get payments for months still. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They don't have a cancel option on their panel. They ask you to send an email to them. We sent multiple emails 3 months ago. No reply. They keep getting payment from our credit card that we were forced to save for free trial.
And I tried sending a message from their panel to the same email, their send message form won't work.
I don't care if their system works or if their product is good or not. If you can't cancel subscirption, it's a trap/scam mentality no matter what they offer until you cancel. Beware of the free trial / credit card necessity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Google Analytics in order to better understand the behavior of visitors to our website. ExactVisitor tells us who they are. It gives actual value in that it shows us the companies visiting us, while finding real leads more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There were definitely a few moments of frustration with the implementation, but the ability to get quick support from the team made up for it. It's amazing having access to help from people who will run through trouble shooting whenever necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is able to sync your emails and interactions so that you only have a single source of truth.. like a mini CRM. Constant updates are being rolled out and it's quite easy to use. And I particularly like their manual prospecting feature, which allows hyper personalization at scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Support is not readily available and there's quite a bit of waiting time. And I don't know for sure but I don't think all support tickets are replied to. At least, that's the case in my experience.
Plus, even when support replies, they aren't particularly helpful sometimes and there can be a lot of to and fro before a problem is resolved. Often, when support doesn't have an answer, they just stop replying and leave you hanging.
Would also be nice if they create a more detailed knowledge base so that it's easier to self-help.
The UI doesn't look that great and it can be slow at times. Other than that, it's a pretty good app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I did used Saleshub for a few time and it was a great tool for lead finding and enrichment. My team used it connected with zoho and it was just perfect sending all the leads to the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is so much about this product that comes to my mind, but I like to say its GUI is very user friendly; my team loves it very much Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using this software now for a couple of months, and while it is early days still on its development. They definitely seem to be improving quickly. So far I've been able to identify a few key leads & behavior supporting my ABM strategy.
Also, this is the most affordable personalization software I've been able to find. Now we can customize our content specifically to the visitor's technology which helps a ton in categorizing ourselves as specialists in that area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the menus were a bit unintuitive, for example, the settings & subscriptions are twice in the menus so it took a bit of clicking around to get to understand the software.

Been kickfire users for some time, a mature product that works well but comes at a price. Overjoyed to see exactvisitor, wanted to see how it measured up to kickfire. For us works like a dream, generating great quality lead data on auto-pilot for easy follow up, great insights into what & why features interested them as we know what they looked at and for how long, a few leading questions and we can go straight into needs-based selling.
The website personalisation will simplify things, were using Hubspot, then move to if-so.com but can be clunky to use, the ease of using personalisation integrated with exactvisitor I think will make in page personalisation a breeze.
Ability to set up sub-brands is also great, as we own and operate 4 and can share and change the lead allocation across each according to marketing campaigns and response within a single account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wish we could have access to personalisation with Wordpress plugin right now, but its not due for official release for another few weeks - bring it on, can't wait! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
