So, I've recently came across with this tool which is a top blend of sales & marketing features. With the use of this tool we can now easily allocate our time & focus towards extracting higher efficient prospects/leads & which leads to conversion at the end. It helps in setting collaboration between sales & marketing team so that we aligned on lead quality & sales pipeline. We can mark specific or targeted leads over this platform & use them for increasing productivity. Me and my team now easily targets more qualified leads in return contributes towards higher business ROI. Overall I love its features of extracting, tagging & mapping accounts under particular folders. Although with the use of SalesQL you can easily streamline identification, managing & conversion process but it has some downsides too. Like if your criteria is not clearly defined then sometimes it leads to misalignment between both sales & marketing team. You need significant time to mark up & extract potential contacts which need more resources as well as extra efforts. This tool is depends upon data accuracy & quality, poor data quality leads to no or negative results. It comes with advanced feature plans which is quite costly for new startups & small businesses also for integration process you need proper guidance.Customer support quality I found upto mark but sometimes it delayed responses. This company appears to be a scam. It seems to be run by just two people with the rest of the employees showing "open to work" on LinkedIn. We used the product for just one day before realizing it wouldn't live up to its claims. Despite their money-back policy, they refused to refund our money. Avoid this service at all costs. It will block your LinkedIn account if you use SalesQL. Firstly they warn you, that if you don't delete it, they ban your account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Previously, to install the extension, you must download and install the app manually. However, with their recent update, you can go to the Chrome store to download it and it makes it easier to look for contacts. I like the function where you can search for contacts individually or in bulk with great ease It's also very easy to make groups to organize your contacts.
I mainly use it on LinkedIn and even when I'm viewing some dormant accounts, I can still see some data that are relevant for research.

It has a function to extract all the data you have gathered in a certain group. There are two options to do so: Classic and Custom. I usually choose the latter but the challenge is that it does not remember the Custom options that you've chosen. You have to manually check the data you want to extract and have to do it again if in another group. Would be nice to have a function where you can easily save your custom fields.
