We have previously used other lead generation tools, but Sales Panel stands out by providing clear, specific, and highly valuable insights. What truly surprises us is the level of detail it offers, including information about visitor activities, pages visited, duration of visits, and even the countries they are from. Understanding our customers' behavior is crucial, and Sales Panel empowers us in this aspect. With these insights, we can efficiently reach out to our prospects and tailor our content based on the metrics they provide. It has greatly enhanced our ability to connect with potential customers and optimize our marketing strategies. What do you like best about Salespanel?

Our sales team is now able to track what customers are doing on our website and what kind of applications and products customers are thinking about getting. The implementation was easy, so our newsletter signups, outreach, CAD download, chatbot, and info@ contact forms were automatically detected. We now know 2 days ahead what people are going to ask us and what is more reach out to potential leads in a natural way. We also use it to see what customers reacted to newsletters. The NATIVE Pipedrive integration helps our sales team to track leads and their activity. Enrichment feature helps out a lot as well, especially for company and profile lookups. What do you like best about Salespanel?

We are using salespanel to track leads on our sites. They market themselves as B2B but our use case is B2C and it works very well for that as well. You can get real-time notifications of new leads and structured campaigns for follow-ups accordingly. This allows to personalize the interaction with customers and close more leads. The only thing I would like to see more is additional integrations with third parties. They have a Zapier integrations and a few CRMS but we use a different tool for integrations which is currently not available yet. What do you like best about Salespanel?

After testing 5 different similar services to compare price and relevant matches, Salespanel had the best Unique Company Per Day rate and Cost Per Company Identified rate.

Lastly, I have found their support is incredible, and I definitely recommend reaching out if you're struggling to implement a solution. They're the type of people who will make you a personalized video to walk you through a solution, or send you a guide to answer a detailed question, or even reach out proactively if they notice an error on your website. Salespanel provides realtime data on visitors to a website, and are a great tool to determine if your marketing campaigns are bringing the right people to your website. What do you like best about Salespanel?

The best things about SalesPanel is that it is simple to install and set up, and then just and easy to gain insights from. Install is easy, if you want to set up some automations then their tutorials are easy to follow, and then you are up and running.

You then can look at the charts, look at the different visitors, etc and you will be able to track the customer journey, or in my case the potential customers journey. The IPO enrichment is awesome as well because it literally identifies the visitor.

The email tracking is awesome as well since a lot of CRM's dont provide that ability to track, and it can be invaluable when talking to the customer because you know what they were reading on the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salespanel?

It would be nice if they, along with most SaaS, had more than just the native Zap integration. But they have a great API and webhooks so it is easy to setup on Make or any other IPAAS you might use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salespanel?

The tool had a fair bit of glitches and didn't work quite well. But overall, it's not bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salespanel?

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with SalesPanel. Despite promising exceptional service and support, their performance fell far below my expectations. From the moment I signed up, their communication became increasingly unresponsive and unprofessional.

The initial interactions were positive, with promises of prompt assistance and effective solutions. However, once we became paying customers, the level of support plummeted. I encountered significant delays in receiving responses, and when I did hear back, the answers provided were unsatisfactory and did not address my concerns.

What added insult to injury was their rudely offered refund without making any effort to rectify the issues we faced. This not only left us feeling frustrated but also resulted in a substantial financial loss, as we incurred transaction costs amounting to $500.

As someone who placed trust in SalesPanel based on the recommendation of Pipedrive, I was deeply disappointed by their lack of professionalism and accountability. It is clear that their communication and customer service practices need significant improvement.

Given the negative experience I have had, I feel it is important to share this feedback with others. I plan to report my experience to Pipedrive and provide them with detailed information about the unresponsive communication and subpar service I received from SalesPanel.

I urge others to reconsider using SalesPanel until they have addressed these issues and proven their commitment to delivering reliable, professional service to their customers.

SUMMARY FOR READERS: The buyer purchased our basic annual plan but expected Enterprise-grade engineering resources and support. The buyer also required us to change the service terms several times and process multiple refunds, becoming increasingly challenging to accommodate. Ultimately, we refunded the entire amount to the buyer, disregarding around a month of free usage. After threats of negative reviews, we decided to absorb the payment processing fees, which had accumulated due to the buyer's numerous payments and refund requests. The buyer ended up creating new accounts on review platforms and leaving the review on several platforms regardless.

RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER:

Dear Chai,

We appreciate your feedback and regret to hear about your dissatisfaction. It is our ongoing aim to improve our product and services and we value your opinion. That said, we feel that it’s important to clarify some points in order to provide a complete picture of the circumstances.

You had initially signed up for our Basic tier, which clearly states it includes only Email and Chat support, without the provision for live call and onboarding support. Despite being fully aware of this, you insisted on being supported for live onboarding assistance, continually bringing up queries that had already been addressed during the trial.

To ensure transparency, let’s revisit the sequence of events:

1. We processed two refunds on your account. The first was after three weeks of complimentary usage when you indicated your plan to upgrade and required more evaluation time.

2. We then offered a custom pricing plan that included lead scoring.

3. Despite our entire conversation taking place with pricing clearly communicated in USD, a sudden and unexpected assertion from you was made in AUD. This was both surprising and perplexing given the clarity of our previous communications.

4. Nevertheless, to accommodate your needs, we adjusted the price to AUD, essentially providing a discount.

5. There was a delay in the payment for the adjusted price, and you requested a revision in the service term and the invoice. In response, we extended the term by an additional 10 days.

6. After the payment was processed, you repeatedly requested live onboarding assistance, which was not included in your subscription.

7. Regardless, we provided you with two free sessions without any additional charges.

8. Following the first call, the subsequent work undertaken by our engineers led to further dissatisfaction on your end, leading to doubts about continuing with the service.

9. We processed a full refund, excluding transaction charges and payment for two weeks of usage.

10. When you expressed further dissatisfaction, we refunded even the transaction charges and the usage fees, effectively bearing those costs ourselves.

It is disheartening to note that refunds were extorted through threats of negative reviews. We appreciate criticism as it helps us improve, but manipulating the feedback process is disconcerting. We’ve noticed a sustained effort on your part to post negative reviews on multiple platforms, a behavior we find unusually vindictive, typically reserved for personal grievances rather than professional dissatisfaction.

We are proud to be recommended by Pipedrive, as we have a longstanding history of fruitful collaborations and satisfied customers. Our product is a result of customer feedback and iterative improvements, which is made possible by constructive communication and cooperation with our users.

While we aim to provide excellent services and support, the professionalism and fairness we maintain in our relationships extend both ways. A more constructive approach to expressing dissatisfaction would have been much appreciated.

What do you like best about Salespanel?

The analytics work on a number of levels for us. We can follow indididual journeys or study group behaviour. This is helping to resolve content, logic issues quickly. Hard to quantify future visitor behaviour in money terms right now, but the trends are improving based on changes we are making from the reports so the ROI is looking very positive. What do you like best about Salespanel?

Paras and his team are very easy to work with. We had some custom programming that needed to be done to integrate PaperForm, and the team helped us quickly.

I like that you are able to see the identified users once the user interacts with the site. The integration with SalesForce is a bonus too. It works better than Hubspot, in my opinion, in pushing the tracking data Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing, it's the easyness! I did nothing more than put the code on the website, mentioned this in the pricavy documentation and placed it for cookie consent.
