Salesken uses AI and ML to identify what a successful sales call looks like, then each rep is given a call recording and the Salesken AI scores the call. The reps get a score for each of the elements considered a "success" (closing, asking for the sale, etc) and also a score for each of the elements considered a "failure" (talking too long, not asking for the sale, etc). First of all, I was very impressed with the call It makes the sales reps and their managers more efficient by collecting data on every single call. Currently the product is slated to be used by one sales rep at a time, it uses natural language processing to analyze the conversation and provide feedback to the rep on the quality of the call.
