Email Studio provides many customization options for sending, planning, and executing email marketing campaigns. This is highly beneficial compared to other programs because there is no limit on the number of packages that can be examined. However, it is essential to remember that there are two methods of email construction: Doodle (quick and easy, allowing non-programmers to design emails) and HTML (this will enable people who know to program and those who do not create technics with knowledge.) This function enables the widespread deployment of test emails. What I dislike about Salesforce Email Studio is that frequently when files are saved directly to it, they become corrupted and are then irretrievably lost. This has happened multiple times, and each time requires me to completely redo the work - which is very frustrating and inconvenient. I wonder if there's something wrong with how I'm using the platform or if this is just a general issue/bug. Either way, it needs to be fixed as soon as possible. The best thing about Salesforce Email Studio is how user-friendly it is. It was my first time using CRM before I started my job, but I was able to learn Email Studio within a few days. I love the way Data Extensions are organized for segmenting and querying emails. It's so easy to use that anyone can create simple emails, even if you don't know how to code. I wouldn't say I like Salesforce Email Studio because the product's user interface is pretty old and might use a redesign to align it with the competition. Additionally, Salesforce's database is not updated nearly as fast as necessary to keep up with recent developments. When you want to send a test email to get its preview as a recipient, it takes a lot of time to actually get delivered to your inbox (recipient) which is a bit irritating. Also, SFDC has a very vast portfolio of products even within each of their cloud. So, one needs to get some training before actually start using the tool to its maximum potential. With SF in general we have control in the company, but its Email Studio section is the best, being able to track my mailing campaigns to generate my reports and do my A/B tests is the best, I have everything in one place. I wouldn't say I like Salesforce Email Studio because many daily automated campaigns can create reporting challenges. Obtaining a campaign report is a cumbersome process, so having the results of your email campaigns at your fingertips is crucial.
