Being a cloud base program we really appreciate the access and universal views we can create. With us working in a Government space one of the BIGGEST benefits is the amount of security the program offers. We use all the restriction pieces like the controls of where you can and cannot log in from as well has times the system can be accessed. That feature alone helps the admin team truly manage who has access and when they have access. We also appreciate the ability to create custom objects so your niche needs can be met in more detail. Salesforce is constantly growing and evolving. The 2 updates a year make it hard to dislike anything because if you have a recommendation they will consider adding it.
