What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service?

We just finished implementation and we liked the end to end imlementation on the CRM, CPQ and FSL. The idea of having all of the data to analyze and run the business has been what we loved about this launch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service?

I think what i did not like is the efffort required to connect the systems and get the data into our ERP system. Would have liked it to be a bit easier to get linkages built. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service?

Being able to send service appointments to construction workers in the field has been game-changing for our company. Having all the information about where they are, what they're doing, and who they have with them on their crew. The app is easy enough for non-tech-savvy users to navigate while giving techy users the details they need! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service?

I'm very excited about all the features and capabilities available and field service able to track work orders track work order task with work order line items have the dispatch capability to watch my people and organize intelligently their schedule. What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service?

The service appointment scheduling is the most important feature in our business. Being able to see the whole team's schedule at a glance and making manual changes is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service?

We would like more customization to the automatic scheduling, so we can schedule our customers to a specific day, then later optimize our technicians' routes for the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favorite functionality is the ability to assign resources for upcoming site visits to better understand resource load, primary customers, and open opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Field service is a scalable product offering out of the box solutions. However, when customization is required development can become difficult. My least favorite feature is not being able to delete resource skills! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Salesforce Field Service Mobile app is very usefull to acess the data from the mobile and the map featues is also more usefull to acess the customer location and get a customer singnature and also the offline data acess is more usefull for the field service technicians .
