What works well is the simplicity of using the app. It's easy to import leads from a variety of platforms, assign them to the right team member and sales funnel. The only drawback we have found with this tool is that the percentage calculations used for sales funnel conversions are non-standard and not entirely useful.when we saw that they charged us again for a full year we asked to cancel the service and they refused to refund us for the unused year because they already charged it. It's excellent that Commerce Cloud works with psychological and digital customer information. Customer information is collected regardless of location, time or device.
